Let me tell you how I spent $ 24 on four Luke-warm chicken wings and 2 Cokes.
Haven't been here in years, but it used to be a favorite spot for my son, so we tried it again. It was a Saturday night and it was busy - I don't mind waiting for food, that's part of going out. As long as the food is hot and good, no problem, and all of this took place over the course of an hour and a half. My son ordered spicy boneless wings with a side of fries and I got the Mac Attack burger that advertised being 'pilled with bacon, pulled pork and our almost famous mac and cheese'. It sounded amazing. When the server brought our food she brought my burger and his wings and said she would be right back with my son's fries. He dove right into the wings and said they weren't very hot, and they were also Luke-warm. I looked at my burger and it was just two pieces of burnt bacon on top of a sad burger patty that was falling apart showing bright red meat (ordered medium - hoping for pink) and only about a spoon full of mac and cheese underneath. No pulled pork anywhere. I figured I'd tell the server when she came back with the fries and see if they could throw it on the grill for another minute and put some pulled pork on top.
The problem was she didn't come back for another 20 minutes and when she did come back she didn't have any fries. So I didn't want to be there any more, I'd sat and stared at my burger for 20 minutes and generally lost my appetite. I politely showed her the issue and when she asked if I wanted it fixed I asked if she would simply take it back and that I would pay for the wings and the Cokes and that was all, and I asked if she would bring a box for my son's remaining wings.
When she brought the check I didn't look at it - totally my fault - I simply handed her the card because I didn't want to wait for her to come back and get it. When she brought the receipt to sign I was shocked that it was $24 - she left the fry cup on the bill even though she never brought it. And she didn't bring a box for the chicken wings and at this point I was just done. I didn't want to fight so I paid the bill and left.

Read moreOur friend suggested this place and while I’ll admit, the food is delicious, I would not eat in here. Carry out only recommended. The waitresses were training several people so three or four different people were serving us and that made it very difficult to know who to ask when we needed something. Even with all of those people waiting on us, every step took forever. Ordering our food was slow, apps were great but did seem to take a minute before they hit our table, and the bingo event was way too loud. Lastly, and this is why I gave this place such a bad review: you could clearly tell that the importance of masks and cleanliness was not in this businesses culture. The several waitresses didn’t have their masks on and everyone was pulling at them and touching them. All concerns for cleanliness. I know it’s hard to have it on your face but I’d still say someone should have been more on top of this from a managerial stand point.
Food was amazing. Just needs a bit of a driven plan for reopening and the servers need to know who they’re looking after so guests are served in a...
