UPDATE. 7/8 : we brought our friends and their kids here for dinner. They are from out of town. Our server Brooke made this experience TERRIBLE AND EMBARRASSING! forgot their food and forgot other multiple things, my nachos, brought the wrong beer, and took forever to bring a beer. And I asked for sweet potato fries. She gave me a bake potato 😑 my husband didn’t want a wing platter just the wings, she rang him up a platter. I knew the moment she got my drink order she was going to be a problem. She Damn near fell asleep while asking for my drink order. We got there at 6:40 waited for our friends to show up a little after 7. And we didnt leave until 8:30. And it wasn’t because we were enjoying each other’s company. I raved about this place to my out of town friends and I will never do that again.

The manager tried to make it better at the end. But our experience was far gone by that point.

I’ve had great service any other time. But this one. Was hands down the worst. Makes me not ever want to go back. And all it takes is one bad experience to ruin everything.

Let me tell you. I was disappointed because I wanted wings from my favorite place only to find out they were closed… ones loss is another’s gain! Hands down this place has THE BEST WINGS IVE EVER HAD!!!! I haven’t been here since high school! Almost 10 years ago.

And man this place did NOT disappoint, I asked for crispy wings and my amazing server Jacqueline brought me a wing and asked if it was crispy enough… let me tell you. All restaurants need to do that cause sometimes it’s not 😂 the chili burger: AMAZING. And the sweet potato fries came with a side of cinnamon sugar. chef kiss Onion rings just as good. And the mac n cheese bites, A must.

My server was beyond helpful with everything and very tentative.i we will definitely be back ❤️

Update: I’ve gone back three times since this post. And a different server every time but the last I got Jacqueline again…. Each server has been great and each time I was asked if my wings were crispy enough! ❤️ I’ve brought someone different every time and they say it’s the best...

There is nothing bad you can say about hot dogs & these hot dogs are just the best! We love them & hope you'll agree. Next time we are definitely going to try the beer battered mushrooms & onion rings! My problem is that I just can't stop getting the cheese fy baskets...mmm...mmm...mmm. Enjoy, they are simply, the best!

UPDATE: I am so disheartened. I was part of a group of 10 that celebrated a birthday at Dogs R US, last night 2/25/23. White chewed gum was found on the lettuce of a burger, served to 1 of our group of 10. I thought she was going to hurl. I grabbed the plate & marched into the kitchen. I know that was wrong, I know I was operating off of emotion but I've never claimed I was a perfect person! The reaction I got was even more unbelievable. The manager stated that she didn't believe me as none of the employees chewed gum. How can you refute that statement? It means, 1) I am a liar & 2) the manager knows her staff so intimately that she is sure, none of them chew gum?! What about where the lettuce comes from? No one came to our table. The server was the only one that came back to our table or had any additional communication with our party. How totally unprofessional is that? You all know I really enjoyed my previous experiences with this eating establishment but it's over for me. I saw the gum, I experienced the restaurant management's lack of concern & that is enough to keep me from ever returning. As I wasn't paying the bill this time, I have no idea if there was a credit for this situation but the person that did pay, stated that there was not. I'm still extremely surprised that mgmt showed such lack of concern. What were they thinking! Buh bye Dogs R Us. There is no coming back...

This place has been around for a very long time. Unfortunately they've gone downhill over the years in a big way. Our last two visits were terrible and will be our last. About 4 months ago we ordered wings & fries. Wings were like rubber, which wasn't the least of our worries. After we had a couple wings, we noticed red on our plates - it wasn't wing sauce, it was blood. The wings were under-cooked. Nice way to put someone in the hospital!! When we complained, the "manager" said "that shouldn't have happened". Wow. What a revelation. He offered to bring out more but at that point we were just disgusted and not hungry. What was even worse was he had the gall to charge us for our drinks - a beer and a soda. Considering the severity of this incident, everything should've been comped.

Made the mistake of going back recently to try again. This time we took my parents. While my sandwich was fine, my mother's salad was just cool, not cold. Then when she got to the bottom of the salad, the lettuce was rotten!! Leaves were dark brown and almost liquid. They were going to charge us too, saying she'd eaten most of it!!!!! We argued the point, stating that it's unreasonable to expect a customer to inspect their food to make sure it's not rotten. Then it was knocked off the bill.

What a shame. Years back this was a really good place to go. Now it's all about the almighty dollar. Funny how they never respond to negative...
