Fox's Pizza Den — Restaurant in Titusville

I like Fox's and I love supporting local businesses but I was really grossed out with our order today. We ordered two different hoagies. When we got home and opened them, one was the wrong kind. We called the store and they said to bring it back they would switch it. My wife told them we had opened it and touched it with our bare hands. They took it back and repackaged it for another customer anyway! This has to be a health code violation of some sort. We could have done anything to it. We didn't. But what if! I won't be ordering from there again unless I plan to stand there and make sure it's not a "return" being...

7/14/2023 ordered two subs - one was a turkey club the other was a steak. Received two turkey clubs. Called and let them know I received the wrong sub. They asked me to bring the wrong one back EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY OPENED IT AND TOUCHED IT.. And EXPLICITLY TOLD THEM that I opened and touched it. Brought the sub back and watched as they packed it and sent it with a delivery order. THAT'S ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. So if you received a turkey bacon club sub after 7:30pm today, chances are my unwashed hands were all over...

Ordered a Taco pizza for PICK UP was told it'd be 45 minutes. Got there, pizza was on top oven (I assume to keep it warm) got home (6 blocks) and wouldn't you know it. ..... Cold. Was more like my from my younger days ... You know when you leave it on table over night and still grab a slice in the morning. So glad they let me know it'd only came out maybe 2 or 3 minutes before I picked it up. Also was a joy having black gunk from bottom of box...
