Taco Bell — Restaurant in Titusville

Guys 😔 I am here to sadly report that the good days of Taco Bell have (in my mind) officially ended. When we finally got our own TB in Titusville a couple years ago I was soo excited to be able to get nacho fries and burritos any time I wanted instead of driving all the way to the one by Cranberry Mall. The food here was pretty good for the first few months, but slowly the quality started to drop. They kept taking good items off the menu and then replacing them with weird, more expensive items. The ingredients quality went wayyy down and the flavor basically disappeared. More menu changes, and they definitely tweaked the ingredients in a bad way.

The "sour cream" you get in the cups looks like glue and tastes like chalk. The nacho cheese sauce is yellow glue that tastes worse than Kraft american singles. All the stuff they serve tastes the same now, no flavor, just greasy squishy beef and chicken, fake cheese, soggy tortillas. My stomach started to hurt every time I ate food from here and that never happened before. 💀 The nacho fries are always hard and cold. Also I tried the chicken nuggets and the first time they were good but after that I tried them twice and they BURNT MY NUGGETS!! They were so crispy and dark and shriveIed up that I couldn't even save them by soaking them in sauce. Ok so I admit I was still addicted to coming here up until a couple months ago, but the crazy high prices and straight up disgusting quality of the food finally made me quit.

Depending on what day/time you go, the employees are either bad or really good w their customer service and making the food. Honestly I can't recommend Taco Bell to anyone anymore, regardless of the location. God can we please get some good Mexican food in...

Ordered delivery from the taco bell in Titusville on the taco bell app which was through door dash. Door dash driver delivered my drink but NO food. I called door dash and explained the issue but because it was not through thier app they would not or could not help. I call taco bell directly to tell them and told them the issue, the employee I spoke with handed me over to the manager who was super nice! He said the driver grabbed the drink but not the food and he would remake it and then had someone FROM taco bell personally deliver it to my home. That is how you do business.
