Mediterranean Pizza — Restaurant in Tiverton

I made an order last night at 9. Person on the phone said about 40 minutes. 10 o'clock came around (thier closing time) so I tried calling the store a few times to no answer. A little after 10:15 the food came. I'm thinking my order has been done and they waited till close to send it. So I asked the driver if my food might be cold he told me to check it. Everything was cold. . I asked if they could call thier boss he said no it's closed. He said I need the money or I'll take the food...he left with the food.( free meal for him 👍)I called the next day and talked to a very polite woman on the phone who apologized and took a percentage off my next order. I was still in the mood for what I wanted last night so I ordered the same thing. 10 minutes later I got a call back saying the owner said due to the situation last night they will not deliver my food and if I wanted I could pick it up (i dont have a car). When asked why they wouldn't deliver it was cause I lived in fall river (even though i live on the same street as them and i am close by AND they have delivered to me a few times before). If a business still has orders out they should have the phone on incase there is an issue. So because I spoke up about 40 minute delivery taking an hour and 15 minutes being cold I guess he felt the need to punish me idk. They lost a customer for sure. The woman I talked.to on the phone should be running the store not the person that does. She made it so the customer was gonna keep comming back but because of the owner not being knowledgeable on how to grow his business and not taking accountability for the food sitting there until close to send it out so it arrives cold then says they won't deliver to me is ridiculous. So 1 person there tried keeping the customer happy while the owner could care less if the customer was happy.. I have been a cook/chef for over 20 years and will definitely spread the word how this owner...

I ordered delivery and was told it would take 45 minutes. We waited for 70 minutes then called to see where the food was. The person who answered the phone told us the delivery driver was on their way. At the 2 hour mark we still had not received our food and we made multiple attempts to call them, but they had their phones off the hook. At this point I decided to drive over to pick it up. I waited for 20 minute's at the store trying to get the staffs attention but was ignored. After being at the store for 20 minutes I received A phone call from my family stating that the delivery driver had finally arrived to our house. When I got home, I noticed that we were missing part of our order and our food was cold. At this point, I tried to call again to get a refund for the missing food but once again the phones were off the hook. We will not be ordering from here again as this was a...

I asked for delivery but was told when I called they were “too busy to deliver” and I would have to place a pick up order. I was told 45 min but when I showed up in 50 minutes, I was told my order wasn’t ready and the young girl at the counter (who was obviously trying despite what was probably little formal training, ) that they had no idea how much longer my order was. I waited for 20 more min after so arrive and got my order..

My order was missing a pizza and the pizzas were very greasy (see picture) After tasting It’s no better that what you get a Chuckie Cheese, cardboard crust, tasteless sauce, cheap greasy cheese. I will stick to the 4 different pizza places 10 min down the road in Fall River. I give this place a year in business tops if server changes...
