Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Toledo

There was no chicken when we got there. We also heard the young lady state to another Customer that there would be a wait on dark meat. There was no legs The young lady proceeded to package up our order. My boyfriend looked in the Box and we noticed there was no legs, so my boyfriend stated to the young lady that we were waiting for the dark meat to come up and you just put whatever you want to put in the box the lady so my boyfriend wanted a refund was super rude she was arguing back-and-forth with us and You don’t have to be rude like that just give us what we pay for you just can’t put what you want put in a box and that’s not what we paid for our order came up to $26 so that being said we wanted a refund we was told that there was no refunds. The guy eventually was going to give us a refund, but we just told him you know just put the legs in there that we paid for and he gave us a few extra legs as we proceeding out the door here came the worker from behind the counter, push the door open. After she said what she had to say to us behind the counter she came from behind the counter, caught somebody up there to fight me, and my boyfriend, where arguing in the store, it didn’t make any sense all over this young lady that did not want to fulfil our order to correct? She was very rude and I find it very very disrespectful that you called someone up there to fight customers make this makes sense to me would never happen if you did, but she was rude And very ignorant can’t call the store because your phone is off, but I will be back to talk To the general manager, because this is ridiculous, I’ve never ever experienced nothing like this and a fast food...

Okay so I've been to this location 3 times now. Once in October 2022, Everything was hot, fresh, and seasoned. The customer service was nice too. 5 stars for 1st visit. January 2023, the inside is closed to the public and the drive thru line was long and slow. Person at the speaker was impatient and had an attitude. The whole car heard what I ordered but my order was wrong when I checked it before pulling off. The woman told me that I did not ask for what I asked for even though my car group assured her I did. I even asked if we could order it right there, pay and wait. She told me NO because there was a long line behind me. The food was good but not worth the hassle. 3rd and FINAL time going to this location, yesterday (May 2023). The entire store needs remodeled inside and out. Still closed to the public. Doors were locked AND DIRTY. The drive thru speaker menu was bent like it's been hit by cars several times. Glass cracked. Menu display pages missing. Had to ask speaker server what was and wasn't available since they only had a 3rd of the menu showing. I distinctly stated I had 2 separate orders, got to the window and they put the orders together and wouldn't separate it. Both workers rude. The one who accepted payment and the one who handed us the food. Just opened the window and handed the food. No words at all. Food was gross. No flavor, very bland, barely any color and seemed old and not fresh like gas station chicken. No lie, I actually THREW UP THE FOOD later that evening! I really don't want Churches ever at this point but if I do, I definitely won't be going to this location. I don't care how hungry you are! Go...

So after getting off of work, I get to this Church's Chicken on Reynolds Rd. Against my better judgment, because there have been some not so good customer service, I still decide to give it a try because the same people don't work everyday. I pull up to the drive up window and the employee asks me if I placed my order at the intercom? I said no because the menu sign is PITCH BLACK! EVEN IF THE INTERCOM WAS WORKING u couldn't see anything to know what to order. I wasn't mean about, nor was she. So I place my order she asked me to pull forward. I pull in front of the store, after 20Minutes of waiting the young lady decides to come out and apologize for the wait, they had to cook more biscuits. So at this point, I'm still trying to be patient. She says, will give you some more biscuits. Right after this another car is asked to pull forward. So another 15 Minutes pass by she comes out with my food and something just says check the bag. I'm missing a side! So I have to get out the car and go inside to get that. So I get home to give my family dinner, the chicken fingers were cold and dried out. I got 1extra biscuit, and to be honest if she would have told me they were out of biscuits and how long the wait was going to be I would have opted for something else... I will not be...
