I ordered pizza for my job because we had coupons that was delivered in the mail that day. We ordered a family meal deal for 15.99 which was 2 medium pizzas 2 toppings and 16 parmesan bites. One pizzas was pepperoni and bacon the other was bacon and pineapple both were supposed to be pan crust (not hand tossed or thin) the pan was supposed to be medium only per the brochure that was sent. My coworker ordered while I was busy with a customer but I just went to pick up the food.....I was told it was 18.74 because of an uncharged for the pan crust.....which was not specified on brochure also with a garlic butter. I pick up the food and I asked why it was so much and the manager had an excuse about how it was extra for pan.....after i showed him the brochure that was sent to us. Then he want to up charge me for sauce for the parmesan bites which clearly stated it came with sauce. The excuse was then oh we just got those today. (Was just bread pieces with parmesan cheese on top...and maybe garlic butter.) So after showing him on what I had I walked out with 2 pizzas with an uncharged and garlic butter 2 servings one for bites and one extra. Once I get back to work.....only one of the damn pizzas is pan crust although I was charged for both, and the pizza barely had any sauce on it. Read morehad one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this Domino’s. I placed an order through their app on August 30th. The app said my pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived at the pickup window, I waited over 45 minutes. During that time, three different employees came out, asked my name, and never came back with any information. Finally, after about an hour, a fourth person came out and told me it would be another 30 minutes because they were busy — even though the app had already said my order was ready.
At that point, I told him I couldn’t wait any longer and asked him to cancel the order since I couldn’t do it through the app. He said “yes, that’s fine”. But the order was never canceled. I was still charged for food I never received.
Since then, I’ve called the store multiple times. The managers keep saying there’s nothing they can do and that the general manager would call me. It’s now September 17th, and no one has ever followed up. I’ve also tried calling again, but the restaurant doesn’t even answer the phone.
They never gave me my food, never refunded my money, and clearly do not care about their customers. At this point, I consider it theft. I strongly recommend avoiding this location — they will take your money and give you...

Driver stated that he was going to run back and grab the rest. 40 min went by and I called the store to just be told the driver had grabbed other deliveries and should be there in 10 min. That call took place almost 20 min ago and still not here! Over 2 hours for a medium pizza, a baked sandwich, garlic knots and a pasta bowl?!?! Ridiculous!
UPDATE: waited until 35 min had passed and called store back and spoke to Manager. Manager decided to argue semantics with me and when I mentioned that at this point, it had been well over 2 hours with only half of my PAID order delivered, and that according to other reviews, this was a common issue with this store, he only agreed with reviews and did not seem to care! After him trying to argue semantics with me and telling me that he has no responsibility for his drivers or to their where abouts, he finally offered to refund me for the order. Will take up to 3 business days to be refunded to my card. If I have not received said refund, I will be taking...
