San Marcos Taqueria — Restaurant in Toledo

I will start off saying that the atmosphere is very nice , the margaritas were tasty and our waitress was friendly. Things go south from there . We waited about 10 minutes to even get menus , ten more to place a drink order. We were almost done with a pitcher of margaritas before our order was taken . I ordered cheese dip which came out in a timely manner but we had no chips so by the time we got chips the quest was cold , not only that but it was very runny like they had watered it down and added pepper to try to feign some sort of flavor. Our food arrived and one person got the wrong order and two others were missing items from their tacos ( nothing was special ordered) . Their beans are like soup and have no flavor .... my friend got nachos and the beans were so runny that her nachos became a soggy mess . At this point we still had no silver ware. The waitress seemed annoyed that we requested silverware and for our orders to be corrected. We were very polite and would never be those "let me speak to the manager " types . We simply let her know what we needed . By the time we got silverware the food was cold. We did not complain and tipped the server more than what the experience dictated . This location does not hold their quality standards like the others do. And to top it off they added an extra tip to my friends card . It's very sad because San Marcos is one of my favorite places and this location completely soured...

Horrible. Service was horrible. Had to wait for somebody to seat us which took longer than it should have. had to wait 10 minutes for somebody to come over and give us chips and salsa but no water they did not tell us the salsa was super hot after another 5 minutes or so somebody finally came over to take our drink order which took longer than it should have to bring it to our table when our waiter finally appeared to take our food order my guest said we've been waiting 20 minutes to order our food he told her we are busy. She said yeah out there and pointed behind her to the patio which had a large party we finally got our food after 25 minutes of waiting and seen other customers that had come in behind us get their drinks and stuff before us I was ready to leave but we stayed and I wish we would have left because the food was horrible we had chili relleno and the covering for it was soggy and doughy, refried beans were like soup they were watered down tasteless look disgusting the whole meal and service everything was horrible I will never go back again. If I could give it a zero star rating I would.....Big waste of money...

I came here to eat last night for the first time because I have heard so many good things, but I had a terrible experience. We had two waitresses try to get our drink orders within about 5 minutes, but it was our first time there so we were still deciding. We tried to ask for a margarita recommendation and the second waitress seemed annoyed that we asked. Once we got our drinks, she had a broken straw so my friend had to wait about 5 minutes before the waitress came around with a new one for her. I was unimpressed when I got my food. It took a while to even get silverware to eat it. The waitress yelled across the patio to see if we needed anything as we were looking around for her. The portions were very small for the price and my enchiladas were very dry. My friend found a hair in her food and at first she passed it off as her own. When she was almost finished with her meal, she found another and realized it wasn't hers. We aren't the kind of people to complain in person, we just paid and left. I will not be returning. I will definitely make the drive to Cinco de...
