Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Toledo

This is the most rinky dink little pizza shop I have ever seen. The building was not upkept, the service was horrible, and the food was worse. I'll explain. Their idea of service was a guy who was in the lobby chatting on his cell phone with some girl who was using all types of profanity while he stares directly at me laughing and saying "yeah I'll be with you in a few". Mind you, I would have just walked out at this point, but we already placed an online order. Hadn't had Pizza Hut in several years. Well, eventually, he asks, "ight bro what you need?" And I tell him I have an order. He then tells me it'll be 2 minutes. It's already been 5 after my estimated time. After about half an hour, just about with no other orders, I get my order and leave. Here's where the kicker is. The "breadsticks" were just a block of poorly seasoned bread. The big dinner box I wasted money on had 2 pizzas, cheese bread, and a pasta. Everything in the box that had cheese on it was spoiled. I thought maybe the cheese just wasn't the flavor I expected. No, it was spoiled, and I have to suffer the consequences of eating from this Pizza Hut. I will never eat from this company ever again, and I will tell everyone I know not to. This was the worst food experience I have had in a long time. I really wish negative stars...

Worst place ive ever ordered from, everyone I talk to is snotty and rude and also I ordered once and never even got my pizza was told an hour and it never came, apparently they sold it to someone else and I told them to call upon arrival, but anyways so I decided to try them again tonight once again rude person on the phone and also rude delivery driver never even gave me my change and was just like here you go and left, and once I open the pizza it's all flat except for the chicken chunks I can literally get better pizza for $1 at walmart and I cant believe I paid $10 for this one, absolutley disgusting and I dont reccomend this place, nasty food rude staff, and just hot a great place to go, and once I told them about the problems I had they just said uh ok and that's all I got, never coming back! Enjoy the crappiest pizza...

While you are on hold they have a recording telling me about there "legendary service" which I hear 3 times before finally having someone answer. The person takes my order and puts me on hold again. I get to listen for another 2 times about the "legendary service" before someone else picks up and asks to take my order. I tell him I just placed it with someone and then got put on hold. He says I'm the only one here it must Jabra been the call center. Have to replace my order again for whatever reason. . I get we are all short staffed but just shuffling me around and making me place the same order to numerous people is pretty silly and ridiculous. You guys might wanna change that recording though.. nothing about my service...
