Los Amigos Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Toledo

My wife and I were treated like family here. The owners are very active in their business. I know this becuase they came to our table and introduced themselves soon after we were seated and were highly observable during our visit. The food was excellent. We actually ordered another round to take home to eat the following day. I should also mention that I have numerous food allergies and intolerances. I spoke with a staff member the week prior to our visit to let them know of my situation. I have experienced a range of accomodations due to my health concerns but these folks actually made separate batches of enchilada sauce and rice augmented to suit my diet, only my wife had done this for me prior to this. It is also true that the neighborhood has its challenges and the restaurant has been at this location for many, many years. So if you are looking for new and fancy this may not be the right place BUT if you want great food prepared and served with love and respect and to be treated like family this could be your new favorite...

I have been coming here since the doors opened when I was around maybe 10or 11 years old I love the soto family I've known them since I was a kid maria soto used to babysit me and my little brother Michael who gave the nickname Peeper . My husband Bobby and I went to dinner here for his 40th birthday... the food was absolutely amazing! The Chunky Beef Carne Asada, Queso Dip, Enchiladas and Tamales were out of this world!
