KFC — Restaurant in Toledo

Went to the KFC on Manhattan Blvd. about 7:30pm yesterday. I ordered 4 wings and a biscuit. They didn't have any wings ready, but told me that some would be ready in 15 minutes, and asked if I wanted to wait. I said that I would wait. 25 mins went by and I rode back thru the drive thru and asked about the wings I ordered, they said that I had 4 more minutes. I drove around and parked as I was asked to do the first time. I waited & waited. It was another 20 minutes before my food was brought out to me. It was a total of 45 minutes of waiting for the 4 wings instead of the 15 minutes she originally told me. As I reached for the bag, I asked if my order was correct, she confirmed that it was my 4 wings & biscuit, she said "yes mam". When I got home and opened my box, there was 1 wing, 2 legs and 1 thigh! I tried calling the restaurant and no one answered. I call again the next day (today) and asked for a supervisor to complain about the service and wrong order (after a 45 min. wait). I don't think the person I talked to was a supervisor, but she said she was. I told her my complaint and she asked if I ate it. I told her that I ate the wing and she said "well if you ate it, there's nothing I can do, if you didn't want it, you shouldn't have ate it". She was very nasty and rude. I told her that I wasn't asking for money back, but was just making a complaint about the customer service so that the person could be reprimanded for having me wait 45 minutes and not even giving me the right order. All she said was "oh well sorry, now I have to get back to my orders". Then she hung up the phone. I will never go to that KFC again because of the rude customer service! That KFC is the closest to my home but rude people...

Slowest drive thru in Toledo. Waited about 20 minutes to get to window. Once you're in line you're stuck their. Rude employee when I told them I just want out of line when i was at the speaker. The crazy thing is there were only 4 cars ahead of me when I pulled up. Two of the young female employees at the counter were flirting and laughing with one Male customer inside (the only customer inside). After a 30 minute delay receiving my order after the time the app said it would be ready the fries weren't at all warm and I they replaced. The chicken was awful. There wasn't even skin on the breast. I figured I'd find it somewhere in the bucket. Nope this naked piece of chicken was placed in the bottom and covered with the other pieces. No sign of the skin. Tried to get assistance from the manager but he was little help and when I asked if he had anything thing to say, maybe "we need to do better" his response was that he was busy.
