Jive Turkey Toledo — Restaurant in Toledo

I’ve never eaten at Jive Turkey, but being new to Toledo, I might have. Now I never will. After an evening downtown, I came to see this “parking violation” on my windshield. Not only was it the most amateur “scam” marketing tactic I’ve ever seen, it left sticker and paper stuck to my windshield. Lame gimmick! Thanks for messing up my windshield.

First off customer service was terrible. I walked in wasn’t greeted at all. all woman in the back seemed to be very rude. I came in on Sunday they had gospel music playing which was comforting good vibe. I was so hype to go in on soulfood Sunday and try new food place just to be disappointed. I ordered a wing dinner with two sides. The chicken was burnt\overcooked as if they cooked it in old grease, I couldn’t even eat one peice. My first time eating the food was a blessing, I had the wings,dressy and the yams. It required me coming back for a second time which went all wrong: I got the wings which WAS fried in old great, I had the jambalaya which they could’ve kept or have someone else try to make.
