MaMa's Kitchen — Restaurant in Toledo

Went to Mama's Saturday morning to try a new place. Got a large chocolate milk that tasted like water. Told the waitress and she quickly took it back to try and repair it. All we wanted was a soda or something to replace it , but was not given that option . We both ordered omelettes, and I agree, very large portions were given, but no taste in anything.meat in omelette was so black I could not figure out what I was about to eat.The most unprofessional place I've ever been in. Waitress got loud when we told her the food had no taste, she claimed to be the manager, but if so, very unskilled in customer service.She chose to loudly ask the whole restaurant if the food was good. Started yelling she was not paying for our food. Paying was not the issue, the food was the issue. We left our omelettes untouched, was never even given option to try something else but had to pay $25.00 for something we left on the table A very disgusting place and very rude unprofessional staff. Has anyone else ever been to a place where you let the waitress know that your food ain't right and they choose to involve the whole restaurant in your business and try to make you look bad. If you enjoy good food and service, your better off with a sausage Mcmuffin from McDonalds. I don't leave reviews, only one other in my life. But in this case, what you did was wrong, a manager does not involve a restaurant full of customers in a situation where we were just informing our waitress that our food wasn't right. You should have suggested fixing this problem, not trying to make us look bad because we didn't...

Awful experience, awful costumer service! We arrived at 11:35 placed our order at 11:45 at 12:05 still no food so we asked our waitress for our bill and to put our food in togo boxes so we wouldnt be late for church. She said yes of course, meanwhile not one refill on our drinks the entire time we were there. So now its 12:20, still no food so we asked another waitress what was going on because we need to leave, she says oh yeah you have to leave now? I think they are boxing it up and goes back to the kitchen. Another 5 minutes passes and we are sitting there our waitress no where in sight. We already paid the bill and we had to leave. So we leave and say we will take care of it after church, never recieving the food we paid for. We call after church and the lady on the phone immediately got an attitude with my husband and basically blamed the whole situation on us and said we are banned from the restaurant and they are going to post my husbands picture on the door, for what? Paying for food we never recieved? Making us wait 40 min for breakfast food? Thats our fault? I personally think that our waitress forgot to put our order in and did not want to tell us which is why the ticket time supposedly said we were only there for 20 minutes. I used to frequent this place a few times a week for almost a year before they changed locations. I've only been to the new location a few times since but haven't been in quite a while. A buddy and I decided to stop in before work this morning, we were in a bit of a rush and I let our server know that. She must of relayed that message because our order came out very quickly! I ordered over medium eggs, extra crispy hashbrowns, toast and a coffee. I received scrambled eggs, toast, and not crispy hashbrowns. I did not eat a single bite of my food and had my server take it back, unfortunately I did not have time for them to remake my order. I still had to pay for my coffee which I was a bit disappointed in as I had to sit while my buddy ate his breakfast and I did not eat anything. Our server was absolutely excellent. I don't want this review to be a reflection of her performance, I think it was just a mishap in the kitchen as I've never had an order messed up previously. All in all I guess I'm disappointed in the customer service, after having an order messed up and not having enough time to have it remade I think the least they could have done is give me the 1.50 coffee on the house.
