Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Toledo

I'm a long time Marcos pizza consumer and last nights visit really concerns me. Marcos pizza has always been delicious to me in the past but my most recent pick up order didn't have any of the characteristics of a good pizza. The sauce was different than usual, the crust wasn't delicious anymore, the toppings were slopped on like never before and when I called to ask if there were major changes going on, the MGR at the time simply said that some of the ingredients may have changed because of certain suppliers. I am very disgusted that I paid over $20.00 for the worst pizza I have ever gotten from Marcos. The owner that I remember there would never stand for this, so I'm wondering why they have let the standards drop so low. That may be my last visit to a pizza place I really thought was great. I'm pretty sure I'm done after that terrible pizza last night. Please remember why your customers loved Marcos pizza before...

First I’m a huge fan of Marcos but today you really dropped the ball. My dad ordered a pizza for me and told me that it would delivered in 40-45 minutes. I reached out to my dad and apparently the driver tried to get access to my apartment but couldn’t cause the door is locked for our safety. Neither my dad or myself got a call that the pizza was here. My downstairs neighbor said NO ONE tried to enter or was out there when she had a smoke. When I spoke with the manager she said they never call unless told to. The restaurant also never called to inform the customer that they couldn’t get entry. It’s now been two hours and the manager stated it would be there soon as possible but the pizza is STILL NOT HERE. Really Marcos, I grew up eating you since I was a kid but this may end up loosing me as a customer. I’m really not holding my breath on...

We went to pick up our pizza. When I walked in I seen this girl prepping a pizza with out wearing gloves. I asked the young lady at the front counter if both my pizzas was already in. With a attitude she said “yeah one of em is!!” So I told her I was cool she can cancel my order because my food was getting made with out them wearing gloves. again with a attitude she told me “we ain’t gotta wear gloves when we put the pizza in the oven 🙄 I told her I see the girl prepping the pizza with out gloves! She’s not by the oven at all. I’m good thanks. While walking out she was mumbling some inappropriate words.

It’s so sad how customer service is these days smh.
