First off let me say bye saying I'm a visitor to this state because I am an Uber driver and received a ride request to be dropped off here.
After making the 40-minute drive down to Toledo from Michigan I had to stop to use the restroom and get me something to eat.
I chose McDonald's because I knew they had bathrooms.
I parked go into the restaurant. I could see a older black lady mopping from the back where the bathrooms were towards the front.
She stops me and tells me that I have to stop at the front I said okay, saying out loud "oh to unlock the doors" then she proceeds to say again you need to stop at the front first.
I go to the front wait for about 4 or 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged me.
In that time frame I witness what I believe is a team lead, a black older lady probably in her 40s wearing a red McDonald's shirt chastise two of the employees a younger white female along with a older white female.
She said something to the effect of "didn't I tell you not to use a big cup you use this cup" and shoved the cup in the other employees hand while saying HERE very loudly obviously for everyone who was in the restauran to hear.
She did these things while a supervisor wearing a blue shirt older white female stood by and said or did nothing.
Even if it's the persons 2nd 3rd or 8th week on the job you have no business talking to anyone that way at all!
Now after I witness all of that I was told that in order for me to use their restroom I had to make a purchase first.
I had to pay before I even use the restroom. I had every intention on stopping use the restroom and placing order before I went back to Michigan.
I had to stand there at the counter and place an order on my phone via mobile app and show them proof that I paid for my food in order to be let in the bathroom.
This place is a disaster. Without even knowing for sure I am pretty sure this restaurant at this location has a high turnover rate solely because of the employees that work here.
How do you expect people to stay if the people that run this location talk so degrading to the employees right in front of the customers so tragic.

Read moreDo not go here, ever. Came in here a couple days ago to first get an ice water for FREE. Came back in here a little later to get food because my other meal wasn’t good, order a Filet O Fish and fries and waited about 10 min. After a good 10 min my food was ready, and I proceeded to ask for two sauces. I was told I had to pay… but why would I pay for sauces when I can go to ANY McDonald’s right down the street and get it for free… so I asked for a refund. The manager Harold, a heavy set black man comes and holds my bag up and asks what’s wrong. I said ya’ll are charging for sauces so I want my money back (mind you I ordered on the self ordering machine not with a person). He ask me did I get nuggets and I said no and the response I got from him was absolutely disrespectful. He says “So what makes you think you get sauces if you didn’t get nuggets”… when has that EVER been a rule that I can’t have FREE sauces with ANY meal I purchase. What kind of manager would say that to a customer? That’s exactly why you work at McDonald’s, so stay there cause I promise you in ANY PROFESSION ESTABLISHMENT that would NEVER FLY. This manager needs to work on his manners and step down from a manager position if he wants to talk to people like that. Read moreThis was a Laurel and Hardy situation, I had to give my order six times to three different servers. They could not understand what I was saying a requested I come to first window. There were two cashier's there who again I had to repeat my order for the third time and then again a fourth time. They had issues processing my payment even though it is attached to the app I gave them. Once that was finish I pulled up to collect my food to again repeat what I order. I was given a bag I checked and was missing a large fries. I informed them of missing fries to then tell them again what I order. Someone, I believe was the manager requested receipt to tell me that I only order one large fries. I informed her that she needed to speak with her staff as I gave them my order over five times and if they cannot get it correct that on them at this time she close the window after saying she will give it to me this time, like she was doing me a favor.
