McDonald's — Restaurant in Toledo

WORST EXPERIENCE thus far at a McDonald's! The AM. Staff is nice. I used to go there every morning. However I went there this evening & will NEVER return. I was in a rush & my 10yr old daughter had to use the restroom. So I decide to let her out to run in first while I parked the car & gatherd my purse ect. Before I'm even out of the car she comes back out with tears in her eyes. I ask her "what happened"?. She tells me, "the lady was mean to me & told me I have to buy something to use it" WOW! Ok! So I give my daughter some money & she turns back & heads through the door. I'm close behind. As shes standing at the counter doing the "pee dance" I grab the money & tell her to "go" I will wait in line to buy our food. As my 10yr old daughter walks towards the RR the woman stops & RUDELY says "She has to buy something I already told her" I say "I'm buying it she needs to go now obviously" & I wave the money. Now I'm feeling some type a way because she just talked to me crazy as hell infront of my daughter, ( who is now in full tears) but wait, IM DOING WHAT WAS ASKED. This woman then proceeded to carry on about how she wasn't losing her job for nobody" & " she tired of getting asked about the bathroom". I mean full on loud, DISRESPECTFUL, aggressive, hand wavin, crazy! Had my daughter not been standing right next to me watching my behavior, I would have really caught charges! I took a few deep breaths and calmly said "while you were doing all that you could have just been taking this money so she could go. That sent her mouthing off again, then she gonna say. She need to wait in line. OMG! This is just a little girl trying to pee!!!! This is really where you are as a business McDonald's? This is how you treat people that spend money with you on a regular? WOW! The most ratchet thing I ever seen in customer service EVER. And her wig look like it had lice in it. Promise! This is horrible & a huge slap in the face to a (now ex) loyal customer. The new manager is not community friendly!!! For the last few years different organizations that I am a part of has been hosting car washes to raise money for children in our community. This year when I contacted him I was denied such permission with tue reason being its a "violation of sanitation by the state". So I decided to call the health department and was told that because the "area of the parking lot that we usually use IS NOT ON MCDONALD'S PROPERTY IT WAS SOLELY UP TO THE STORE MANAGER TO ALLOW US TO USE THE WATER AND HOSE OR WE COULD PROVIDE OR OWN HOSE AND RUN IT FROM THEIR WATER SOURCE WHICH ACCORDING TO THEIR FILES IS LOCATED BEHIND THE DUMPSTER". I then called the McDonald's owner back and attempted to explained to him what I had been told regarding the car washes and location however was RUDELY interrupted and told that "It isn't going to happen" then was hung up on. This is the absolute rudest person I have encountered. Giving back to the community is something this location had done in the last 6yrs however under this new management its all about what's going into his pockets. This location has to be the legit worse serviced, managed Mf Donald’s in the city of Toledo and surrounding area. The lack of customer service is beyond Desirable. Now with all that being said let me explain to you my reasoning I ordered a fish fillet meal keep in mind at this particular time there wasn’t anyone in front of me and only two cars behind me in the line. I was told to pull up and my meal will be brought to me. I sat there waiting for 35 minutes before I turn my truck off and went inside the building while inside the lady who was to bring the food to me looked me in my eye and didn’t say anything to me regarding my meal. She walked to the back and put her coat on and walked out the door. I still stood there waiting for an additional 10 mins. Eventually someone called up to the front and said who is that register here I assume the woman who put her coat on and left was on register.
