Went in to this Popeyes establishment on 12/28/23 at 4:58pm. Waiting for the Manager to decide at the moment we came to place our order she was going to switch out drawers or do a shift change I am assuming. She pulled the drawer and counted the money right in front of all of us customers who were waiting to order or were still waiting on their orders. Finally after roughly 10 minutes of waiting to place our order the young girl who was the cashier up front came to take our order. My boyfriend started to tell her what we wanted to get and she just kept saying “ I can’t hear you” repeatedly. Mind you it’s a speaker you talk into and he was talking loud enough. Then while placing our order for our sauce she put in whatever she wanted to instead of listening to what we had requested as our sauce. We had placed 2 separate orders, we were also getting food for someone else. After placing the first order Navaya with an attitude pushing our receipt barely under the window so we couldn’t grab it unless we put our fingers through it. She then went and put the cup form that order over to the part where you pick up your food. Ok first order done. We then go to place our next order and we are trying to get plain wings she says ok puts it in the computer it says Ghost pepper wings. My boyfriend says no I think you misunderstood me I said plain wings she said that’s ghost pepper with an attitude. So fast forward to we are paying for that order. I politely asked her if we could get our receipt she turned and looked at me gave me a dirty look and then turned back around as if to ignore me. So she finally goes to grab it to hand it to us and she yet again just set it close to her side inside the window my boyfriend was about to ask her to push it further through because it was hard to reach at that point I had enough of being treated poorly by this employee so I reached my hand and grabbed it. We are waiting for 35 minutes at a chicken restaurant known for their chicken……for (2) 5 piece tender combos and a 12 piece wing combo. She finally gives us our order. We didn’t receive the extra drink cup we paid for and some something to her and she argued with us that she already heave it to us. No you heave us 2 cups for 3 combos we need an extra cup she again with complete disrespect and attitude she grabs the cup and tosses it in the window to where the cup falls over and she has to pick it back up. So we grab all of our food and decide to check it just to make sure we received all of our food we paid for. Well upon looking in our stuff we were missing our order of red beans and rice. As well as we were only given one sweet heat sauce for a 5 piece tender combo and one sauce for a 12 piece wing combo. Why is it so hard to get what you pay for and ask for. We do not have to spend our money at Popeyes however we do like the food. Sadly this is our last time going to this Popeyes, in no way shape or form should you be rude to customers and as a manager if you have an employee who doesn’t communicate or talk to customers with repeat they shouldn’t be at the front of the establishment taking orders. The worst part about all of it was we decided to stop really fast to get dinner so we didn’t have to cook because that’s what we normally do and my boyfriend had to leave for work at 5:30 we arrived at 4:58pm we didn’t leave until 5:27 roughly that’s way to long to be waiting for chicken at a place that makes only chicken. I wish these managers would step up and see that this is bad for business and is making this establishment go downhill. Worst customer service I have had yet. The sad part about it is all that time I waited and my fries were old and cold. We had to ask another employee to help us with the stuff we were missing. I wish I didn’t have to give this...
Read moreI came to the drive-thru to purchase my food. The employee was very young and was unconcerned about my order. So instead of being more professional and calm so I can get my order out, she ran to her boss who was even more rude. Now I use no attitude ordering my food, I use no coupon just my hard work money and ask for signature hot 12 for 12 wings. Instead because I said I was being treated unfairly they gave me ghost pepper chicken that I didn't order will extra sauce so I can be extra hot. And they lied and said they had no ranch. All because I chose to trust Popeyes choice and employees. Their attitudes were rude My money was lost not refunded and the food was wrong. And before the boss God gave me my chicken he asked me did I order ghost pepper chicken and I told him no signature hot and as a result of me complaining and being black. This black employee gave me extra hot food to burn my inside just because I didn't like the way I was being talked to by a kid. I suggest that you go to a place where young people are being led by example in order food there. Because if nobody is showing them to respect their customers they won't, and then they'll use their age as an excuse to mistreat people and to give them horrible food just because they can. I don't know if I can reach out to their customer service line. But I wanted to take my food to the location on secor and ask them if the sauce was ghost pepper chicken so that I have proof I was being mistreated. Please don't go here if the children who work there won't respect you your food would not be given to you correctly. And it's a shame because if they won't speak to their mama like that but they speak to you like that it's because they feel like they're entitled to it. Nobody gets wrote up for their bad behavior, it's just an offended customer that has to deal with the wrath of their heart. And this drive through always makes you wait to order your food on top of waiting and after you order your food you have to wait until they tell you to pull around because they said they trying to clean up their time but they so busy arguing with customers and not understanding that our money helps them they be rude and still make you wait. Read moreThis is my second visit here. The first visit the items on the drive-through menu didn’t match their inside cash register so instead of me fighting with the girl I just left. Requested to speak to the manager and they told me the manager was too busy to address me as a customer even though I was the only person in line I told her she needs to just honor what’s on the menu outside and she said that she would get fired if she gave me a biscuit. 🤦🏽♀️. I come today at 10:30 30 minutes after they they’re posted opening time and I couldn’t get inside either door cause I didn’t want the drive-through fiasco again but because the doors were locked and they were just looking at me like I was an alien, I tried to call but the phone doesn’t even ring. It just hangs up on you. I tried that five times in a row no luck so then I decided to go ahead and go to the drive-through since that’s the only way I was going to be able to eat and they told me to give them 15 minutes for it to have product I said can I come inside at that time? He said 15 minutes before we can give you any product sir can I dine inside in 15 minutes and he finally said yes. Poor lady pulling up after me is wasting her whole lunch break waiting on the store to open she will likely not be able to eat her food hot, which it should be very fresh being that we’ll be the first customers is coming through. So I guess I will give you an update after 11 AM depending on whether or not I can get in to get SERVICE or not.
