Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would, without a second thought. Last night after driving around for almost an hour to 2 seperate restaurants that were supposed to be open but weren't (these werent Checkers/Rallys restaurants), I decided to call this location to verify what time they closed. A man answered the phone (you could tell he had an attitude from the start) and I asked if they were still open to midnight. He replied "We're open to 12pm." I asked "12pm?" And he says "12am, if you're trynna come here now." So I say "Ok, midnight. That's what I wanted to verify." And he says "Don't be asking, if you're not gonna show up." And I went to reply and ask another question but the line cut off. So giving the benefit of the doubt I called back. Again this man answered and I start with "I think you hung up on me, I was still trying to talk." And he says "I did. You weren't talking about nothing." And AGAIN he hangs up. At this point, Im LIVID. Instantly I want nothing to do with this restaurant on principle. But after 2 more calls I get a lady on the phone and I ask "Are you gonna hangup too or can we actually speak for a few minutes?" She was nice and answered my questions. But this is not how you treat customers. If you don't want to work in the food/hospitality/customer service...
Read moreI've been working at the renovation of the library in this area. The closest place for takeout is Rallys on Cherry and Central . I haven't eaten at Rallys in over a decade. Even so, I went not once but twice in a week. Since I haven't been there in so long I noticed the menu has changed tremendously. I didn't want to hold up the line so I ordered a rally burger double with bacon meal that comes with the seasoned fries and a choice of your drink. Mine was a large lemonade. Anyway, everything was fantastic and I forgot how much I loved their fries and that double burger was dripping in cheese . So good 👍 It was 11 bucks and I was full! The following day I found a taco bell on Phillips about a mile away that was never there ten years ago. I figured I would save some money and just get a chicken chilupa and a small lemonade. OUCH! 9 dollars for 2 items and I was still hungry. I thought to myself I'm going back to Rallys tomorrow! Also, the staff are very kind and service is quick. The only downfall is this location needs to be much bigger! The drive thru is too small and it's on a corner hard to get...
Read moreSo... I have went to a few different Rally's and ordered the big buford. On different occasions I have paid exactly for what I did not get. When asked. We were told they are to give double rally burger in the place of the big buford when they run out of the bigger patties. But wait... They still charge the same price even though you are not getting what you paid for. Now... That is just wrong on so many levels. How are you going to charge for something that you do not have and not even ask the customer if this is okay. Oh... I know. Because it is not okay to up charge for a double rally burger when you think you are getting a big buford. Shame on you Rally's for over charging customer's because you don't want to lose out on the money. Customers should get what they paid for and not what you want them to have. Very...
