I ordered a double cheeseburger with ketchup and mustard only, one plain cheeseburger, and one fri cooked a little longer through the drive-thru. The person who took my order, didn't sound like they repeated my order correctly so I repeated a double cheeseburger with ketchup and mustard only, one plain cheeseburger, and a fry cooked a little longer. I pull to the window, the young boy lacked personality and people skills. I say that because as I was asking if they could put salt and pepper in the bag he barely acknowledged me with an ok while closing the window. I received my food but didn't look through the bag. Now I'm at home ready to eat and they put two hotdogs with ketchup and mustard, one plain cheeseburger, fries. I call the store to let them know they messed up and I will bring the food back to them tomorrow because I was not leaving after a long day at work. The person I spoke to told me I paid for what they gave me and they weren't going to do anything about it. I repeated what she said so there was no misunderstandings and then she tells me I can talk to the manager in the morning and to bring my receipt, and that she's the night manager, which makes no sense for me to have to speak to a manager in the morning if she's a manager. I asked for her name, she said Jonae, proceeded to spell it out and told me to get it right, and hung up on me. If I could give 0-stars I would. I will also be putting this on yelp, and any other social media outlet...

The lady on the grill looked like she was on drugs, was rude and had a Goodtimes Bar & Grill hoodie on (weird because that's not a work shirt for Rudys). I ordered a double Rudy burger with everything. I got to my table and there wasn't any cheese nor did they ask as I usually get asked any other time I've EVER ordered from Rudys and it had lettuce on it it doesnt come with lettuce. I already had to go back to line to get a piece of cheese and the same lady looked at me and said cheese is extra with a very snooty attitude. I didnt mind it being extra but nobody even asked in the first place and why did they put lettuce on it. Clearly the lunch staff today 2/18/2025 do not know what they are doing and need more training on the menu and customer service. I literally almost just walked out before I even sat down. Waited 25 minutes for food, watched drive thru attend on his phone, fries were cold after sitting in a bag for 25 minutes. Wife wanted to check bag for correctness, made me aware she hadn't received her rootbeer with combo. Drive thru attend then open the window and said I quote "can you pull up". I responded with " waiting on a rootbeer" he then responded with "why didn't you say that", and then began to argue with co-worker saying why didn't you get the rootbeer. I know it's can be hard to find workers, but I rather work by myself making sure customer needs are met than deal with the stupidity your paying these employees for. Fire them all and find real talent. I will not be visiting this place again, which has been a childhood favorite for years. South toledo needs...
