Tony's Cones & Coneys — Restaurant in Toledo

Stopped by there for the first time last night and definitely don’t want to come back. There was a car parked at the window when my bf and I got there so I figured it would give us a little bit of time to find the menu. The menu was taped by the window in smallish print so I couldn’t see what they offered until it was our time to pull up. I noticed it took awhile for the car to get their order. The girl said hi and asked what she could get us. That was fine; but we had let her know we would need a minute as we were trying to decide what kind of ice cream we wanted. She just stood there staring at us waiting for our order. Felt like a waitress just standing there with a pen and paper hovering over our table or something. We ended up ordering this small brownie sundae paying $6/some change. There were four girls working, one was sweeping, one was chatting with her friends in the other window, and two were making orders. We waited about ten minutes to get our ice cream. When we did receive it, I guess we expected something better. It was just chocolate ice cream, with a little bit of whipped cream and hot fudge, and a half cherry on top. There was hot cocoa powder or something in the ice cream that gave it a gritty texture. Wasn’t great. My bf wanted to go back and return it but by then, the store was closed. Been getting the same thing there for a long time. The Reese peanut butter cup but we would get it in the super sundae container. Got it that way 2 weeks ago. Tried to get it tonight but the girls working wouldn’t do that. I explained to them that we got it like that ALL the time. They still said no. Horrible customer service. I just waited in line for over 40 minutes and when I got to the window the young lady stated that they put the food away at 8:30. I told her that I had been in line well before 830.
