Didn’t even get a chance to try the food place my order 3:02 pm with the lady. The lady then leave and this younger guy come on staff. Walk back in the check on order again at like 3:20 they was looking for my receipt with my order. So I assume they never put my order through to get cooked. Because 3 ppl who came in and placed and order after me got thier food it’s now 3:35 when I finally ask for my refund. Talking about it’s coming up right now. Moral of the story customer service really matters because first I wouldn’t even ask for my money back if he just would have spoke and provided me update but he didn’t they ignored me the whole time I was their. Then the young lady he was giving her free drink for the less time she spent in thier then me I didn’t get offer anything .but my whole experience thier I notice no gloves and no one washed thier hands. So yeah I’m cool...

I LOVE this wing spot! Best hidden gem in Toledo hands down and I am a notoriously picky!. After having their wings for the First time I immediately changed where I purchased dinner. The food isn't only a hit for me but requested constantly by my family for dinner. Always made fresh, always great. The price is good and also the portions are generous which is always a plus for any restaurant establishment. But the best that makes the food more enjoyable is the laughter I always get when I frequent the establishment. I have not left one time I have come to realize without having either smiled or had a laugh. The staff is awesom, friendly and personable and I love it. Worse place in the city for wings. Ordered there twice and my food wasn't ready when they said. The 2nd time I went on lunch break and boy was that a mistake. They gave me a 25min time frame to pick my order up and wasn't ready for 45min. Then when I asked for a refund, the guy got an attitude like it was my fault they didn't have my stuff ready. Then he proceeded to tell me my stuff was coming right up (took another 7min) and had the nerve to roll his eyes and get snotty while handing me my bag. Let's just say my appetite is ruined, and everything went in the garbage anyways because my food did not look okay. I would not recommend this slow, no customer service, not up to par on sanitation place at all. Wish I would have noticed...
