I started my order with the coffee and was told they are out of decaffeinated coffee. I said so you won't have any at 4am either? They said yes they just don't have any made and more less are not going to make any. I told them I was told they are full service until they close and they said they weren't. There was no one in the drive thru they usually are slow so that's why I was giving them business but evidently they don't want business so they can pay employees to stand around and do nothing but waste company time. I requested a refund from thee app. Because this is where I purchased my items. The app requires you to contact the store. Due to the fact they are individually owned. The store requires me to come in to receive the refund. I work and our times will not match up so a simple drink order has turned into a drawn out three day event because that is when our times match up for a refund.
