Chinatown Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Toledo

First off, I called ahead and asked about delivery. She yelled back at me No dewivewy NO NO Do not Dewiver. I said I will call back with a pickup order. I thought to myself well kinda rude. Well I thought lets give it a try. So I called back and placed an order of large egg drop soup, large house lo mein and large sweet & sour chicken. Basically hung up before I had a chance to give my name or number. When I pulled up there was nobody there. just a lady behind the counter. I told her what I ordered, she slapped down the bag of food, I handed her my CC and she slapped the card and receipt on the counter. The whole time she had this smile on her face. Kinda a warm inviting smile but her actions were anything but warm. Anyway the food was very plentiful, very warm and fresh. Good soup, loved the lo mein and the GF liked the SS chicken. I would definitely go back again. I believe her rudeness is more of a fake demeanor. Seams she gets a kick out of...

Been to this place numerous times, not sure if management and/or employees have changed, but thus particular Asian male was rude and unprofessional in demeanor and communication. The problem I had was when I asked for extra sauce was denied and this Asian make walked away and thought it was funny, after I purchased 28 dollars worth of food. Ridiculous, unsatisfactory and will no longer be eating at this establishment. This particular employee was allowed to be disrespectful without any redirection or apologize for his behavior. Leadership starts at the top. I live in that community and its disappointing that this establishment allows their employees to treat their community patrons in such a manner. So watch out, think twice before you go...

Under construction still since covid no big deal not eating in.....I love the food here its always so good however my last 2 visits have been disappointing. They open at 11 and take orders over the phone when not in the store. My problem with this is that my lunch is timed ( for work) so since I called im anticipating going in and maybe another 5min wait on my food but both times ive arrived the stores been dark doors locked because they were just arriving meaning another 10-15min wait very unfortunate as I could have ordered somewhere else and had it been ready for me as i arrived and chose them for dinner instead....so now ive wasted my lunch and need to return to work..... if they weren't prepared to operate please stop taking orders until...
