Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Tolleson

Shelby is a sorry excuse for a manager. I ordered a pizza for delivery around 11pm and confirmed my phone number in the app so I can get alerts when my order was here because I knew I had to give them a gate code for my apartment. I never got any alerts nor did I get any phone calls. I checked to see where my order was and it said “completed” by Shelby. At the time, I was unaware that Shelby was the manager. I never received my order so I called the store in which Shelby answered the phone. She claims that she was going to “get a hold of my delivery driver” and proceeds to hang up the phone. I show up to the location and ask about my order because I figured I was never getting a call back. Shelby claims she called me and I didn’t answer so she canceled the order. I did not receive one phone call or text message concerning my order. She was sitting there lying to my face because she didn’t want to deliver the order. I’m 95% sure the food was never made and she never left the restaurant to attempt to deliver my order. I would’ve respected her a lot more if she told the truth about it. No disrespect to the nice people that work there but the pizza I just received was TRASH. I’m gonna have to eat it because I paid for it and this is the only food I will have for the remainder of my work shift.

I’m not sure how this is even possible, but i literally got the opposite. The wrong dough was used for the pizza(hand tossed pizza dough cooked in a pan doesn’t make it a pan pizza). Terrible service !!!! Not here to review the food since it may have been good if it showed up on time. I'm reviewing the terrible service and response I received from this store not only did I get blamed for not including a building number to my apartment when the order included the apartment number. But then after waiting another hour for the delivery I open the door to find all the food sitting cold on my doorstep. I was five feet from my door watching TV waiting for a knock. Are we supposed to sit on our porch and wait for delivery?!? Worse service I've ever had with a delivery service on a 60$ order....
