Federico's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Tolleson

So I just went through the drive through here at 1200 midnight. I come here regularly and have never had an issue in the daytime. Tonight I try to make my order in the drive through and all I wanted was 2 Shrimp Tacos! The woman kept making me repeat myself! I was saying it loudly and very clearly and I literally had to repeat myself 7 times! She finally gets someone else to take my order I say it again loudly and clearly 2 Shrimp Tacos! She says 2 shredded beef? I said NO 2 Shrimp Tacos! She then says ok 2 Shrimp Tacos. I say yes! I then sit through a long line to get up to the window to pay. Before I pay I wait for her to repeat my order to make sure she got it right. She says 2 Fish tacos right?? I literally couldn't believe it!! I just looked at her like are you f'ng kidding me!! I said NO that's not right! I then just said the hell with it forget it and drove off with nothing!!! Maybe if they turn down the loud blasting music they have playing in the restaurant they might actually be able to hear the customer! This was the WORST drive through experience I've ever had!!!! Again no problems when I go through during...

I’ve had issues with the food lately, I come here every weekend and order the same thing carne asada fries. Usually find a hair but by the time I see it I’ve already eaten some. Last week I found a hair again and decided to contact the company for a refund, I sent proof and nothing was done they didn’t reach back out. Today I went ordered my usual took two bites and there was a cylinder brown shape thing on my food. I put it on a napkin thinking maybe it’s a seasoning or a bug and I squished it. It was hard and smelled bad from up close. Rat poop in the food, officially my last straw with this place never buying here again nor any other Federico’s. The amount of disgust I have right now I feel like throwing up. Need a refund for both of the bad experiences I have pictures and receipts. Didn’t go to location the first time to confront bc I come here so often and they’re the ones handling my food didn’t want anyone to do anything the next time I went but this is the last. Need you to contact me back asap. Update they wanted me to go in store and explain to the workers for a refund for only one...

I kind of whipped in after delivering at Costco, on 10/13/22...invoice number 221013-02-073...The girl working the window was professional. She was managing the window, the counter and filling ice all at the same time. I had special requests and everything was perfect. My food was delicious. But the little thing that hooked me, was leaving, she said, see you next time. So polite to get a future invite, even when she was so busy. The restaurant was very clean. The food tasted clean and it is prepared where I can see it being made. I loved the red salsa. It is hot, and full of flavor. But not so hot you can't taste it. I read where a few people had issues, but that was not my experience. I will return the next time I am in the area. My only regret is I did not get the Tres Leche Cake for a later snack. I really enjoyed my brunch and still feel satisfied. I really love how clean everything is kept. And the lady working had great manners. She said, Thank You. Give her a raise and have her train others...she wasn't phony nice, but really...
