La Carreta De Lily — Restaurant in Tolleson

I was excited to try this restaurant after hearing good things, so l arrived at 9:30 p.m. to grab a cup of corn, chips and a raspado before closing. Unfortunately, I found the girl at the counter talking to Guy friend and giving him a free drink while we waited then, she proceeded to let us know, There was no hot items available because she had already turned everything Off!. even though the listed closing time was 10 p.m. It was disappointing, especially since I made a special trip with my sister. It would be helpful if the restaurant could update their online hours or post a notice about early closures so customers don't make the trip unnecessarily. I hope to try the food soon and have a better experience next time.

Bought some Fresas con Crema and they were gross, they definitely had gone bad already. Went back to get my money back and the two girls the one with black hair and red hair were so rude and looked at me all dumb when I told them. They asked me when I had bought them and I told them look at the receipt it’s been like 20 min. I asked them just to give me my money back and they did. No apologies or anything, they definitely need to find another job and for sure nothing that involves customer service because they obviously do not know how to deal...

Went in and got a Fresa con crema non of the granola or nuts had lids on them it was infested with flies everywhere ... then as I start to look around I noticed how dirty the place was looks like nothing gets wiped down. The two young employees were just twittling their thumbs before I had went in to order I feel like they should be working maybe cleaning up the spot since it's so dirty.
