When it comes to Ohana Poke Bowl, exterior looks can be deceiving. Squeezed between a State Farm office and a hair salon, it is easy to overlook this place. But let me tell you. My girlfriend and I had a phenomenal experience at Ohana Poke Bowl. Let me start with interior appearances and atmosphere. The interior had me reminisce on eating at mom and pop diners. Very homey. Very comfy. Speaking of comfy, the booths and seating they have available are extremely comfortable accompanied with clean tables and floors. You can tell they really care about the customer experience and satisfaction with this establishment. Especially when it comes to the friendly staff. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner's brother. Him and the woman working behind the counter were nothing but smiles and great energy. They also made sure we were well taken care of offering water or any other services we may have needed. Absolutely outstanding customer service. Another thing that was absolutely outstanding was a recommendation the Owner's brother gave to my girlfriend. She had ordered the Thai Tea and he recommended a half Thai Tea and half Green Thai Tea. At first, we were a little skeptical. But when we actually tasted the recommended concoction, we were blown away. It was such a delicious and delicate balance of the sweetness of Thai Tea and the smooth green tea aftertaste. It felt like drinking a Thai Tea while also eating a green tea mochi. This is a game changer for my girlfriend and I. We were obsessing over it on our car ride home and as we were leaving the restaurant we told the Owner's brother that he was right and how delicious the drink was. Highly highly recommend myself. And I haven't even gotten to the food yet. This may be the best poke bowl I've ever had. I had ordered the Aloha bowl with a Mango smoothie and my girlfriend ordered the Ohana bowl with the half and half Thai tea recommendation. The ingredients they used were extremely fresh and flavorful. And they didn't skimp out on them either. The portion sizes were great especially compared to other poke places I have been to that charge more and give less. The fruits and veggies we had in our bowls had an amazing quality to them. The pineapples were perfectly ripe and juicy. The cucumbers and carrots had a perfect bite and freshness to them. A beautiful symphony of flavors and quality packed within one bowl. If you like supporting small business, please check these people out. Beyond the owners being friendly, it was the best poke bowl I've ever had honestly. The prices are very reasonable considering the large portions. I got the Aloha Bowl, and had half for lunch and half for dinner. Everything was very fresh. The fish and crab were soft, the veggies were crisp, the rice was cooked right, and the sauces tasted perfect. If you are going for cajun food, I recommend the crawfish etoufee. The etoufee and dirty rice were both comparable to what I got in New Orleans. The Vietnamese coffee and boba were also really good. My brother said he went there when they first opened and told them the boba was a little too soft. The next day he came in and the owner was very excited to tell him he fixed the boba recipe. Absolutely blown away by this hidden gem. Ohana Poke Bowl at 9803 Spring Cypress Rd, Ste 700 in Houston is hands down one of the best poke spots I’ve ever been to. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the kind of warmth and customer service you don’t see often anymore. Aly and her brother-in-law Sam were incredibly welcoming and made me feel like family.

The place was immaculate super clean, well-organized, and had a calm, inviting vibe. And the food? Fresh, flavorful, and beyond satisfying. Every bite was packed with quality ingredients and attention to detail.
