Midnight Cravingz — Restaurant in Tomball

My wife, my two sons and I visited for the first time, after seeing a post on Instagram. We drove 15 minutes, and were excited to try something new. Sadly that all changed rather quickly. The young lady behind the counter was very rude she seemed as if she hated her job. They have a computer screen for you to place your own order, not allowing you the option to speak with a worker to get suggestions or even discuss the menu. When my wife asked her a question about ordering, she said to do it on the screen and walked away. We waited 15-20 minutes for our order and were disappointed when we received it. The portions of ice cream for to-go are smaller the ones made for dine in orders I complained to both employees and no apology was given or any options. They blamed my wife. So the place is pretty good if you want something sweet and it's late. It's better than a 3, but it's not exactly a 5. I would say it's like a 3.8 or so. The wait is forever, and they were already sold out of two things we wanted to try. We ended up getting the strawberry cheesecake and the lost in lotus. They were both pretty good, but I liked the Lotus one more

The cheesecake has a little too strong of a sour cream taste to it, and the vanilla ice cream didn't have much vanilla flavor at all.

We'll be back at least once more to try something with more chocolate, but if that's not 4+ stars, it may be the last...

Second time here. First time I ordered to eat there, came with two scoops, as per the photos from the menu. Second time, I ordered to go 2 orders, and checked my bag. Came with only two scoop, meaning one scoop each. Told them we are missing two scoops, and they said we would have to pay for those two other scoops, $2 each. False marketing as their menu clearly shows two scoops each.
