Bubbakoo's Burritos — Restaurant in Toms River

We were regular customers to this location ever since they opened. Staff was amazing and so was the food. We would get a chiwawa and a quesadilla at least once a week. For the last couple of weeks we had very bad experiences every single time. Food is not as great anymore, portions are smaller and staff is pretty rude. We ended up couple of times with missing the sauces/ pico/ sour cream or very dry uncooked rice. When I addressed it last time they just said "ok" and were almost bothered that I was asking if the sauces (that we KNOW by now come with it ) were in the bag. They weren't. And they threw them in a bag slightly angered. Very disappointed and we do not intend to return. What a shame bubakoos. We used to...

Was just in, 10 minutes before closing. They were super cool about me rolling up late. Got a quesarito, whatever it was, fresh and delicious. Wish I caught the name of the guy who served me, but he was kind and helped me pick out a sauce because I'm super indecisive.

Not only was the food good, and the service excellent, but we ended up getting into a quick exchange about how the management cares about their employees. That matters to me. 5 stars all around.

This isn't the first time I've been to this specific location and they're always cool....

I have no complaints towards the workers themselves but this store needs help. From experience, if you were to see the back half of this store you would not want to eat here. Take my word… walk-in refrigerator is regularly broken and same with the soda machines. They do not take proper precautions for cleaning. This is clearly not the workers fault as they try there best with the equipment they are provided but stems back to the general and regional managers who should be taking better strides to care for...
