Jersey Mike's — Restaurant in Toms River

Went in for three sandwiches Sunday morning asked for roast beef and cheese. They gave me turkey and cheese. Luckily I caught it before it was finished being made hard than any meat. The second kid finishing the sandwiches must’ve asked me five times what was on it lettuce, tomato onion, not hard oil and vinegar and mayo on the side Then the manager proceeds to yell at the kid in front of us because he gave us a full container of mayo for three sandwiches with hardly any meat and the attitude there is horrible. I would never go back. I’m Not a fan of chain, restaurants or deli shops as it is do yourself a favor go five minutes down the road, not even and go to Driftwood deli more meat. Better bread, better service no attitude. The kid that sliced the lunchmeat had a horrible attitude if I’m bothering you Because you have to do a little work, I’ll go somewhere else If I could give -3 stars, I would $42 for 3 sub and 2 small bags of chip...

I walked into the shop last week and the gentleman behind the counter immediately asked me how my day was. I stated that my dad was in the hospital and I was bringing my mother food... just a small Sandwich and a cookie and he said I'm so sorry to hear:((( when I got to the register the lovely lady behind the counter stated " it's on us". I was absolutely floored! And she wouldnt even let me leave a tip!!! Such kindness!!!! I have told several people about my experience!! It just really made my day!!! Knowing that there are kind people in this world really makes an impact!!! Its so nice to see that good people still exist!!! This establishment is stellar and so are its employees. I was super excited they we're opening a new location by my rental, I'm a Jersey Mike's lifer. Having just opened, you would think the entire staff would be extra helpful since they were just trained and the subs would be stacked. Got one of the rudest employees ever, I guess she moved from the Silverton location and not sure why she still works for the company. I'm better off driving to point or rt 70 in wall where they know good customer service and know how to make a sub. Don't worry Jersey Mike's, I've lived around the country and almost every one of your stores has consistent service and quality, except the ones in Silverton and the two in Tom's river.
