Haven’t been here in a while so decided to bring out of town friends here. And wow! This place is horrible!!
First of all, run by teenagers which all ice cream shops are but these two were the most dull, flat people. Forget the fact they had their AirPods on and the lack customer service but they have no common sense. One of the ice cream cones was sitting there on the counter melting while they were getting all the items together.
The biggest thing, seems like one of their machines is broken or something because that custard should be illegal. Someone’s going to get sick. It was grainy and sour, looked like cottage cheese
When I went to the counter to tell the girl, I got blank stares then was told it was fresh from this morning. Girl, it can go bad still! I’m trying to show her how clumpy and gross it was but she was just not having it. I dont know what I was expecting but the lack of any response, I may have to escalate this situation if someone in my family gets...

I came with my 2 daughters along with a friend and her children to eat ice cream on Saturday night. Let's start with the fact that the air conditioner in the place did not work and it was terribly hot. We ordered 3 types of ice cream with different flavors, we waited over 20 (!!) minutes until the ice cream was ready, when we received the order we tried to understand what flavor each ice cream was and to our surprise it turned out that all three ice creams had the same flavor and instead of apologizing, the store clerk explained to me that the flavors are very similar and therefore I can't tell them apart ( I ordered, cake batter, salted caramel and black cherry..). Just a complete disgrace, I will not return to this...

The general manager is very sweet I spoke to her about an incidence she's very kind to me it is now about 5 Weeks Later I am sitting in the Rita's parking lot I'm sad to say my decision to come back here was wrong maybe when is employees here have a little respect for people and aren't under the age of 25 and know what respect is and know how to treat people I might come back but in till then I will go to another Rita's and I can now see why there's hardly anybody in the parking lot here used to be a nice place to come...
