This has always been a local favorite not just of mine but of everyone in the area. First it starts with very fresh fish and making great sushi. Next, add in great and friendly service. Top that off with a spacious interior and probably outside seating, and you have a winning combination! It's always nice when the owner of an establishment treats her customers like family, and that's what Teresa does. Anytime you go there thank visiting your friend. Feeling, then you hear all the amazing specials and when they come to the table, parents with love and with care. It's not to be amazed by? Thing that I was a little surprised by, the last time I visited which was yesterday, The nigeri sushi had way too much rice. Nigiri means hand-pressed, and you're supposed to start off with a ping pong ball size of rice. Yesterday was between 30 and 50% too much rice. Course it's not a problem, you just remove a little rice and you're good to go. And at the end I had a little pile of rice but I gave to my dining partner. It just seemed a little uncharacteristic of her usual attention to detail. Overall it was a great experience with a slight imperfection that just makes everything human. Of course...

First starters I only gave 1 star because it doesn’t allow you to put zero stars. I called my order in & I was warned it was 1 hour to 1 hour & 10 mins before my food would be ready. I said no problem I’d be there in an hour obviously it’s busy so I understood.

I ordered a shrimp tempura appetizer & a Philly roll. As seen in picture there is obviously something on my ginger which looks gross 🤮 I have no idea what it is! I called to complain that my food was beyond cold. I was told “sorry” very insincerely & “If there’s a way I can just heat it up”.. Is that some sort of joke? Why would I order food to just warm it up at my house? & to add I also I took a picture of the amount of soy sauce I received with my sushi..clearly looks like someone’s used left overs.

First & last time ordering. Extremely disappointed with my overall service. I suggest never ordering here. A long wait for cold food. Good luck getting new customers with that service. Do...

i’ve gone here tons of times in the past. granted i have a shellfish allergy so maybe i shouldn’t eat there in the first place but i’ve never had a problem in the past regarding telling them about the accommodation. i was halfway into my dish of chicken and vegetables and began heading to the bathroom and threw up. i thought it was maybe just food poisoning or an upset stomach but after leaving, i began to suffer from an allergic reaction and had to rush home and take medication. cross-contamination can happen but i try to emphasize how serious it is that my food cannot touch shellfish when being made. this is concerning as this means raw shellfish and fish is touching other dishes or meats. i’ve loved this place for years, the staff are very nice and the atmosphere is beautiful but i unfortunately cannot risk going through this again. :( maybe more attention and care needs to go into ensuring cross-contamination cannot happen in a dish that only...
