I have only been here twice because I'm rather shy, but my second time was today 6/6/23 and gosh I got the kindest service ever. I didn't tell anyone but today my mother took her life seven years ago, so I decided I'd do self care and get fancy coffee and pastry while going to work. My car had other plans. The starting motor died so I couldn't leave until AAA could tow. The two kind ladies who approached me after noticing AAA and me chugging my ube latte asked how I was (responded semi-honestly it could be better but was still very polite because it's not like it's their fault), they asked if I wanted a fresh latte, and when I turned it down kindly they gave me a $5 gift card on them. I was trying so hard not to cry, I cried in my car as I waited for AAA (and the guy who took care of me was also exceptional) but really the staff here genuinely made my entire day better. Thank you kind ladies who saw my struggles and helped me, and the very kind AAA man who also helped 🥺

10/23/2023 edit: I've been to circle coffee several more times now, their pan au chocolat/chocolate croissant is 1000 times what Panera would believe me is acceptable; their brioche cinnamon bun is absolutely phenomenal and even Julia Child would adore; their various lattes including their matcha are superb, not nearly as sweet as most coffee places but balanced in the way I love coffee, lattes, or matcha lattes to be. This place is my official go-to on a morning when I want to treat myself, and I always try to tip the superb staff who are always friendly and kind 😊
