Absolutely terrible. This is the second time I have tried them. The first time we called ahead and got someone who couldn’t speak English or understand it. They couldn’t figure out the pricing and had to go ask for help. They put us on hold for over five minutes. We eventually hung up and just went into the store ourselves. I asked the person on duty how they could not know the price or it could take so long to find out, and she informed me that they utilize a call service, evidently overseas. We decided to go down to 4310 down the street and it was fantastic. Today I ordered two medium cauliflower pizzas to be picked up at 11:30. I got a notification that they were done. I went to pick them up and they only made one of them. I waited another 15-20 minutes for another pizza while the first one got cooler by the minute. This is at lunchtime. People don’t have time for them to be late. I ordered it plenty of time in advance for them to have it done on time and they couldn’t read the ticket right. It’s too bad because this is right down the street from my house, and I would frequent it often if they could do a decent job. Oh, and by the way, two medium cauliflower pizzas $50! Read moreGood food, and usually no issues. However, how they handle an issue when it arises is ridiculous. I had delivery which did not arrive for 2 hours. When I called, they said they tried to call me before and returned my delivery because they couldn't contact me. I did not have any missed calls, and had my phone with me. So they told me they could simply make it again, and send it out. That was fine for sure. But when the driver arrives, he tells me there is additional fees which I was not informed about ahead of time. I don't have a way to pay at the door for one thing, but even beyond that, it is unacceptable to mess up and order, then charge the customer additional fees for it. So I reject him at the door, and call to speak with a manager. The woman on the phone informs me that the delivery driver WAS, in fact, the manager. The same guy who said he couldn't waive the fees that they failed to inform me of, and that it was out of his hands. I will tell you right now just avoid getting the call center and just ask them to transfer you to the actual store. Ronnie the manger(Topeka Store on 21st) and the other girls I spoke to were very polite and understanding. It has been years since I’ve seen old school customer service like this.
