05/30/22, I placed an order online. One of the pizzas I ordered was a medium extra cheese pizza. What I got was a medium pizza with 2 pieces of pizza having cheese on it. The rest had no or scant cheese on them. I called and spoke to Summer, the manager, on the phone after the order was incorrect the first time. Summer apologized and remade the pizza. When I arrived, the red headed girl at the front wanted to argue with me about the pizza I returned to the store. I explained I already talked to someone and I was there to get my correct pizza . The red headed girl continued to attempt to argue with me even after I told her this and I finally told her if she wanted me to pay more money to have cheese on my extra cheese pizza that I would because I didnt want a no cheese pizza. She finally agreed to go get the manage. I spoke to Summer in person and she again apologized.
Since it was 9:04pm, I took the remade pizza and left without looking at it, having faith that the medium extra cheese pizza I wanted was correct. I do have a picture of the second sad looking pizza I received. The pizza had 3 pieces that had a scant amount of cheese on them.
I again called the store. After talking to both Summer, the manager, in person and on the phone, and having the unpleasant experience of the cashier trying to argue with me, I knew their voices. On my second call, the red headed girl answered and lied to me and told me she was Summer. I told her she wasn't Summer and that I talked to Summer the last time I called. Then the red headed girl told me she had several mangers there and was not allowed to give their names. Again, I requested to speak to Summer and she lied to me again. I very firmly told her that I knew I wasn't talking to Summer and she then asked if she could have her manager call me tomorrow.
I want everyone to know about this experience and the fact that this establishment hires individuals that don't know how to make a cheese pizza, are argumentative , and liars. I will never waste my money or time dealing with this...

Placed my online order at 1:50PM, and the auto-generated email said 60min for delivery. 60min came... and went. By 3:15, nearly an hour and a half after ordering, my order still hadn't shown up. Called the store, and the guy who answered told me my order was delayed because they wouldn't have a driver until 3:40PM. What?!?!? And, no one notified me. A service disruption like this warranted a phone call, or some kind of notification. Got nothing. Delivery finally came about 3:35PM, when the guy I talked to on the phone was able to get away and delivery my order. I made it very clear I was not happy. When delivering my order, he told me his manager had tried to call me twice, but could not leave a message, since the voice mail was full. He also stated that, when I called the store, I called from a phone number other than the one on the receipt. (What the h* difference does that make?) And, calling my home number and being told the voice mail was full? I made it very clear that I rejected that excuse, because I was home the entire time, and my phone never rang. Plus, my voice mail was completely EMPTY! So, I'm not buying that lame excuse for not contacting me. Without a doubt, I am through with Glory Days. I've been a customer for over ten years, but no more. Not with atrocious customer service like this! What happened this day was outrageous and inexcusable, and I think my order should've been heavily discounted... to say the least. This is no way to run a business! Glory Days has really gone...
Read moreIt’s disappointing that take out restaurant service is struggling so much anymore. This place has great pizza WHEN they get it right, but we have had multiple problems with getting our take out orders correct. Last night we put in an order for a buy one large, get one 1/2 off. We get weekly texts with deals. The deal was supposed to expire in three days, yet the gentlemen who took our order couldn’t pull up that code. He tried to give us the deal that was for mediums. He had to go talk to his manager and they said they could “make that work” whatever that means. If you send out a deal…you need to honor it. We figured we would just have to show the text when we got there. He gave us a price which was not the correct 1/2 price deal, so we questioned it too He refigured it, still didn’t sound accurate. Again could deal with that when we got there. It took about 8 minutes just to get our order in. Waited for the 30 minutes they said it would take and went to pick it up. After all that rigama~roll…they STILL got our order wrong. They only made one pizza…told us it would be another 10 minutes to make the other one, while out first pizza just sits there. No apology/offer to.give us a better deal for messing up the order or making us have to wait even longer. Left and ended up calling the manager on the way home. He wasn’t very friendly or helpful either. Just said, “I don’t know what to tell you.” Well that comment tells me a lot...
