Food Quality is highest so far among indian cuisine restaurant I have tried driving around the States. Family running restaurant that sets high bar in restaurant business and customer service they provide. Accepting order even last minute of claimed by them business hours is very rare to see these days. Very experiensed Chef Pal and The Owner Himself with 25 years of restaurant & cooking experience makes sure you order is served hot right off the stove to your box/plate and upto your expectations when it comes to level of spiciness. His high standards And strong self discipline during all those years on the kitchen helped Him to develop great scense and feel of perfect cooking timing. So when it is served to you ...it is PERFECTLY COOKED, COMPLETELY BALANCED, and RICH in FLAVOURS. Whether that be vegeterian dish, or non-vegitarian one, the right texture, tenderness & juiciness when required is GUARANTEED! Pal takes great pride @ what He does and at the same time staying genuinely humble helps Him to learn more every day and serve His community with a pleasure. Becides multiple base sauces he created to offer you THE RAINBOW OF FLAVOURS I have reason to believe and expertice to claim that his secrete ingredient is His LOVE & sincere COMPATION to people. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! This place is THE GEM!!! Thank you guys! & thanx Pal for my forgotten...

The price point is much more affordable. The QSR style is a nice exchange from the typical lag in traditional dining. It give short order service and cook timing an advantage to this type of model as compared to traditional old school service. Thank god it’s not buffet. Quality tends to dip in buffet style.
Pal does a great job. Hard worker not only is his name on the store front but his soul is easily found in the food.
The tandoori chicken easily has the best presentation in town but all the meat selection is far superior from what you’re seeing at other restaurants near by.
The samosas are notably fresh. The raita has a nice creaminess to it as it should be. Good raita is thick. Unfortunately other establishments like to hock some watery disaster. The mint chutney is also Hearty where texture binds with the sharpness of mint. The tamarind takes on a nice bbq style thickness while not simply relying on bitterness to coast.
The Briyani was nice. I enjoyed the portion size and it bolded well with the raita.
The naan excellent far superior to other establishments. It’s crisp, not overly doughy. The cilantro and garlic are fresh.
Service was amazing. Attentive. Knowledgeable and capable. The young lady’s operating the front do a masterful job.

Read moreNever settle. I asked Siri 3 times for Indian restaurants in Topeka KS. He sent me on a wild goose chase. I knew the restaurant I wanted started with a “P” but as a friend drove me there months ago, I didn’t remember how to get there. Thankfully Siri finally gave me a list with Pal Indian Cuisine!! I recognized the picture instantly.
Being handicapped and seeing 2 handicap parking spaces right in front is a major plus! The stars were aligned for my visit. The second I opened the door, I was transported to my best friends home in California who was born in India. Just smelling the fragrances of their restaurant I knew instantly the Indian food was going to be delicious!
I was there before the evening rush. So while placing my order, the Chef came out and chatted with me and gave me that wonderful Indian culture welcome! We chatted a bit, and I explained I like “very spicy” curry, his recipes did not disappoint. I’m sooo happy to report I needed a tissue! When the food is so delicious, and has the “very spicy” kick that I asked for I couldn’t stop eating. He’s definitely earned my tissue badge of permanent customer award! Im already looking forward to my next visit, and maybe a lil...
