First thing through the door we saw a cat, I'm pretty sure that's when my girls decided it was a great store. 🐈 They spent a good portion of their time petting, or trying to pet Carl. They had a lot of neat things in their booths, which are all taped off (along the floor) that was also helpful telling the kids not to cross the lines. I always get worried about them just wanting to pick everything up and play, or break it, obviously. They did a fairly good job inside though even with all the temptation. And found a few things to bring home, as did I. I was greeted when I came in and offered a cookie, but no tote bag...fine but when I checked out I spent $25 there, and had to ask for popcorn, then I noticed spent $5 so he could get a swag bag, which I was not offered. Read moreThe prices I saw were extremely high compared to what i thought this store was, second hand and donation items. Might as well buy it new. The environment/atmosphere was anything but inviting, with a bulletin board posting pictures of customers and labeling them as shoplifters, and signs posted saying "don't be a scumbag". One lamp was 382 dollars. Maybe all of this is justified, but I don't go to stores like this looking for any of the things...
