Subway — Restaurant in Toppenish

My last experience with this store, there was a rude lady working behind the counter. She took our order and told us to go sit down. This wasn't my historical experience with subway, but she refused to start making the sandwich until we complied. I only realized this because I got wilted salad, and slimy tomatoes. So she makes us sit down so we can't watch her put subpar ingredients on our sandwiches and then have the audacity to give us lip when I selected no tip from how she talked to me and my wife. She also didn't honor price matching when my online order refused to be payed for. I can go for a 15 dollar sandwich with much better customer service elsewhere. If the sandwiches where still 5 dollars, I might put up with that stupid snooty woman.

I have never waited so long at a subway before. I was here for 30 mins because the worker had to take everyone’s orders that got here AFTER me before actually starting my sandwiches. Once she took everyone’s order my sandwiches were out of the oven & were placed near the veggie section while she took yet another customers order. I’ve worked at a subway before & I know how fast the sandwiches get cold. I should not have had to wait for 30 mins when I was the only person in line when I got there. You take 3 orders max & finish them before you start to take someone else’s. There’s no point in trying to get everyone in if you’re not fast enough. Once she was wrapping my sandwiches, she forgets to cut one of them & decides to cut it with the paper already wrapped around it instead of taking it out, cutting it, then wrapping it the correct...

Hmmm well I don't know if this location has its own owner etc but what I do know is the price range for their subs etc have really hiked up! Basically it's guaranteed you're going to pay much over $10+ for a footlong and that's just a sub alone. The staff that day seemed a bit annoyed we were there to order, & they didn't seem to want to serve us as we were looking at what's on their menu to decide rather or not if we shall order etc. Overall my spouse & I pretty much got the hint from not only the prices but mainly the vibe of the 2 staff members...
