FOUR TIMES NOW... I only went this last time because my son REALLY wanted a twelve-piece from KFC (Dark meat only), and I told him I would go again, but just for the COLESLAW (nobody beats KFC slaw, right?). He didn't remember the previous times, and didn't believe me when I told him how HORRIBLE my/our last THREE visits to this KFC/Taco Bell combo were... well... He believes me now, that's for sure! We ordered online and were at the store when the app said it should be ready, but when I called the telephone number for pick-ups, I was hung up on. I called again a few minutes later and was told that it would be another 20 minutes because we ordered "extra crispy"...??? It was 104 degrees today and I was driving my 1983 Chevy RV with A/C issues... We waited and called again 20 minutes later. 10 minutes after being told someone was bringing it out, we got our order. Here are the problems with the order: Mixed white/dark meat (WE ordered all dark in the app, but it doesn't designate either option/choice on the receipt...that's on KFC corporate, not the Toppenish store). No butter OR honey for the biscuits. No utensils/napkins/salt or pepper... Nada. And my personal favorite... NO COLESLAW!!!! Needless to say, my family is DONE with this particular "restaurant"... Thanks, Toppenish KFC, for making an already unpleasant day much more...
Read moreFew nights ago i visited Toppenish KFC. While ordering dinner from their amazing list to choose from, I had the privilege of talking to an associate named Rosa M.. She was kind, patient, and very customer friendly. Her customer service was one of the best i've ever encountered. Here quick thinking and problem solving wete amazing. When I ordered, items had not been prepped and added to my meal, but Rosa quickly resolved it, and fixed the order. With a smile, laughter, and kindness, she solved the error, and made her co workers look good. She asked them kindly to prep this and that, and in an flash it was quickly resolved, and kept the drive through moving efficiently without any time laps. Rosa M. made her night shift crew look amazing, and competent, and their willingness to listen and not drag their feet made this night shift team amazing, so hats off to them as well. These workers should be openly rewarded by management for their hard work, and professionalism that so many times goes unoticed. Fast food workers work at a high capacity rate, and many times get overlooked, but being a fast food worker myself at one time, it would be nice to be recognized once and while for your hard. So today i say personally, thank you Rosa M. & night shift crew, you rock, your awesome, and we noticed your hard work.

Read moreDo not go to this location. I do DoorDash for extra cash and I went to pick up an order. The worker made me confirm before she gave me the order only to realize after that it was someone else’s order. I asked that next time she verify the name and she kept acting like she didn’t know what I was taking about. Obviously this made me even more annoyed and the manager Gabe overheard and told her to ban my account on DoorDash. Gabe then decided to follow me to my car and take my picture and I assume a photo of my license plate. They basically pushed me to the point of reaction then threatened to call the cops on me. As of right now no call from them has been made. I spoke with an officer and I can’t do anything about them having that much personal information.
