They destroyed my transmission and called me a liar. This location is greasy and the technicians are absolutely dishonest. This is a fraud protected by a corporate gang. We need court action against this company and I recommend nobody do business with these fools. I told them not to touch my transmission and they destroyed it. They didn’t drain transmission fluid, they added fluid according to another Valvoline location. Stay away from Diego, he destroyed my transmission and lied about it to cover up a malicious action because I’m 1/2 white. The customer service people were nice to people of color. I guess being 1/2 Mexican wasn’t Mexican enough to not have my transmission destroyed. These are low skill mechanics that harassed me because I didn’t want a transmission service. Then the corporate online technicians hang up on you when you explain the malicious behavior of the organization to customers that refuse add-on services. Will the regional manager will lie and say the cameras said I wasn’t there. Fraud and misinformation is what I experienced just because I asked for a basic oil change. I will be changing oil myself from now on. These places are known for destroying cars and playing stupid when you are paying out of pocket for unnecessary repairs to vehicles as a customer. Stay far away from this location. Dishonest, disrespectful and deceitful are Thee words I use to explain my $2,000+ dollar experience. And I was left on the side of a freeway with no water after the manager drove out to inspect the damage he did to my vehicle. This organization is a place to avoid...

This is for Monday, Feb 26th. For whatever reason, these guys were really on top of things today! They were friendly, fast and efficient. Got my oil changed, new wiper blades and a light replaced all for under $100. (I had a coupon so that helped.) The guy helping me also answered some concerns I had about my van, so I left feeling like I'd really conquered and had a plan for some things I needed to schedule to keep up the maintenance...

I recently went in to have my Chevy Traverse serviced for an oil change and a transmission flush. I then took my other vehicle, Kia Optima in to have my AC recharged. The staff was very friendly and kept me informed the entire time. They even gave me a popsicle to stay hydrated in the heat! I appreciate this location...
