McDonald's — Restaurant in Toronto

I walked into Toronto McDonald’s. I expected to order food and be on my way. There’s this girl named “ teesha or Tiesha” I’m not sure but she had a powder in her nostril. She was acting under the influence. She was loud and ignorant and basically had a terrible attitude about everything. I asked for ketchup and she tossed them on the counter. I’ve heard many other people say things about her but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. She’s unprofessional. Seems to be an addict of some sort constantly sniffling, and mood swings. She yells at her employees. She talks ignorantly about customers when they walk away. She’s a taller skinny girl named tiesha. I won’t be back to a place where I get treated ignorantly for asking for basic accommodations. Also I heard her talking about inappropriate things when she thought no one was listening.. taking pictures and videos. Just overall a bad employee and a bad person it seems to me. I hope She gets the help she needs. Because she needs it. Toronto won’t put up with a person like that for long. Hopefully something gets done about her drugs, attitude,...

Been going to the Toronto McDonald's for a long time, can remember going there when I was a kid and I'm 33 now. I've never had a bad experience here, food has always been hot and fresh, and they're quick. Just a few times I've had to pull off to the side because of how busy it was and had to wait a bit longer than I expected once or twice, but they're usually on it fast. Years ago I do remember that my order was wrong and I took it back, only to overhear the manager talking bad about me, which resulted in a few choice words from me to her. Well, she isn't there anymore and hopefully she was fired in spectacular fashion, she sure deserved it. All I know is that the company sent me a ton of coupons for free food when I told them what had happened. As I said, that was years ago and doesn't relate to the current state of the place. Everything is always great when I swing through for some fast food. Toronto doesn't have any other fast food places, so it's either this place or gas station food, and I'd rather have a good, hot meal than anything at one of the handful of gas...

I got hired there a few months ago. When I went in the first day I told them why I was there. I sat in a booth for over an hour. Nobody wantes to train me or show me what to do. After 45 more mins a girl came to me extremly tired an not excited to deal with me. She showed me around mind you with a very poor attitude. Then I was sent home for the day. The next day I came in an was expected to know how to do EVERYTHING. Was getting attitudes left an right. An again mind you iam 34 yeara old an these were 16 17 year old kids that was suppose to show me what to do. The manager treated them as they were her "kids/friends" instead of a boss. I walked out after I felt so humiliated I was ready to cry. Or worse. I still have a paycheck iam expecting that I havent got yet. Isnt much but if your like me ever dollar helps. I would like to talk to the owner because iam not a hard person to get along with a great worker an dependable. Plus theres alot that goes on thats unacceptable.
