Paul's Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

Usually both the food and the service are amazing and I don't know if it's just because we normally order in the morning or what. But I ordered a large round with extra cheese, bacon, and pepperoni all on the side and an order of cheesey bread with an extra marinara cup for delivery. We feed multiple people and they all have different tastes in pizza so that's why we get everything on the side. The bacon wasnt cooked so we didnt get it which was fine, but whenever it got here (and by the time we checked the driver had left already) the pizza had pepperoni on it and we didn't even get our extra marinara cup (that we payed extra for). I called to let them know it happened and that it wasn't a big deal, but the guy who answered was like "Well I asked you if you wanted pepperoni on it and on the side and you said yes" and I replied "no I didn't" because I order the exact same way every time which can be 1-3 a week so it's not a new thing for us. He proceeded to reply with "uh well um I wasn't the one who took your order so I don't know what to tell you" and proceeded to say a few more things and then hang up on me. I live 30 mins from this location and I called and ordered 3 calzones. One calzone with ONLY EXTRA CHEESE AND MUSHROOMS, one with PEPPERONI XTRA CHEESE AND BANANA PEPPERS, and finally one with PEPPERONI EXTRA CHEESE SAUSAGE BLACK OLIVES AND BANANA PEPPERS. My son proceeds to drive 30 mins to get there and he gets all the way home and surprise it’s wrong!! The mushroom one has pepperoni (it was for someone who doesn’t eat meat) the sausage one has no sausage and yes I called! I call the man answers the phone is rude and arrogant, he tells me that it is implied that pepperoni comes in every calzone! I proceed to tell him I told them specifically only mushroom and extra cheese, well he didn’t care! Told me to remember next time I call to tell them no pepperoni! I explain I live 30 mins from them and I did not want to waste another hour to get my food corrected so could you please write my name down for next time and make it right or refund my money and I was told NO EITHER COME GET IT AND BRING THE OLD ONE BACK OR I DONT KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU!!! I ordered a salad for pick up at 845, I checked the hours and they said they closed at 10 pm, when I went to go pick it up at 915 they were close, the l person that took my call said nothing about them closing early or that I needed to pick it up by a certain time, he just that it would be ready in 5 min, I don’t live 5 min away, seriously what the heck happened, you need to warn people if you’re going to do that, no wonder you have no business and have to close early, a restaurant should always stick to its advertised hours or you will never succeed, very very...
