That Moss Place — Restaurant in Totowa

We hosted my baby shower here on 2/8/25 and could not say enough good things about Moss Acres! Everything was easy- from reserving to payment to communication! We had about 30 people and all of the guests raved how beautiful the space was! We had no problems bringing our own food and drinks and even had a onsie craft table. The space is so beautiful, you barely need any decor. I highly recommend this space for any small gathering- the beautiful and unique vibe will clearly stand out to guests. BEWARE!! This place is a scam, I ordered from them on Nov. 27th to try to get a Christmas gift for my uncle, nothing has been updated since my order date. I tried calling their toll free number but it is not operational, so I called the number on their google maps multiple times (26 times) since December 4th. No answer, not even one. I left multiple voicemails and no reply or call back. I’m going to call my credit card company and file a fraud complaint. This is ridiculous, I’ve never dealt with a worse company...

Full on scammers. Ordered a product from their website. They claim “warehouse” problems, yet still charged my credit card. Refuse to ship the order. Ignore customer service inquiries. Refuse to cancel the order. Unbelievable business...
