Empanada Shop — Restaurant in Town/Village of East Rochester

When I seen we had an empanada shop I was very excited until yesterday I went there and ate I know my foods I'm well versed and that was terrible I did the empanadas which were so well done and greasy You couldn't taste the inside over the grease I've got sides with it the so-called yellow rice and beans was just white rice not even no sassoon in it to yellow it up a little bit and flavor it it was his bland as could be then I got the extra sauce to put on it and it was like the worst chili flavor overpowered by tomatoes I've ever had in my life I'm not being disrespectful but they're frozen empanadas I eat them quite a bit from a couple of corner gas stations in Rochester and they are identical that said I am extremely disappointed with what I ate I don't know if there was any choice All I seen was empanadas there was no menus or anything like that to look at hence the name empanada shop I figured that's all they got is empanadas but I can tell you now they won't be there in 3 months if they keep their ways up I don't think anyways sorry for the bad post but you should be sorry for...

Wanted to try the new empanada shop and thank god I did. The empanadas were so tasty, and perfectly cooked. We got beef/ cheese, Philly, and jalapeño with cheese. Also a side of rice/ beans and yucca fries. The yucca fries were seasoned so good and the rice was so flavorful. We took it to go because they didn’t have any drinks inside also the seating was very minimal and very hot inside the shop. Everything was cooked to order. This was my first time at the Empanada Shop and I bought 6 empanadas for $30 - it's a great deal! You get to sample different empanada flavors from their long list of flavors! I really enjoyed their savory empanadas - the Cilantro Lime Chicken and the Beef & Cheese - especially with their Creamy Cilantro and Pink sauces, respectively. While I liked the sweet empanada offerings, I found them plain when compared to their savory ones. Definitely recommend their savory empanadas! Can't wait to try more...
