There's plenty of outdoor seating (umbrellaed, because sunburns are rude), and ample parking for all your impulse sundae needs. For the efficient ice cream warriors among us, there's even a drive-thru. I've never used it, mostly because I live in fear of dripping soft serve into my cup holders and explaining that to my mechanic. Also? I'm a people-watcher. Give me a bench, a waffle cone, and a toddler in pajamas and cowboy boots blowing bubbles, and I'll be emotionally wrecked thinking about my grandkid on another continent. Worth every tear.

Also, let's talk about my ordering process: I get a large. Then I go home and casually tell my husband it was a medium. Don't judge me, Janice, we all have our coping mechanisms and mine is portion-size denial.

When my husband joins me? It's date night, baby. First, The Pink Cow. The portions are generous, and the ice cream is creamy and delicious, made with high-quality ingredients. My daughter loves their soft serve, and I’m a fan of the sundaes piled with toppings. They even have dairy-free options and pup cups for furry friends, which adds to the charm.

The staff is always friendly and patient, even when the line gets long on warm summer evenings. The outdoor seating with cow-spotted picnic tables is perfect for enjoying our treats while soaking in the community atmosphere.

Stopped by today as it was the only icecream spot near by on my way up to the falls and I have to say I'm pretty disappointed. I got a Salty caramel pretzel Sundae with peanuts and not only did the Icecream already have a melted top layer, but there were no nuts in sight. I also didn't receive the water bottle I paid for which was a bit disappointing meaning I'd have to stop somewhere else. The consistency was a bit too smooth on the icecream which I can only assume was from the amount of sugar in the custard. The other item i got was a cheesecake blender. The consistency of The cheesecake inside the Icecream was very strange and soft, and the flavor didn't have that iconic cheesecake tartness to it. Hopefully in time the shop...
