Buke Baking — Restaurant in Town of Amherst

This is my new favorite boba and bakery in Buffalo. Their drinks are unique and flavorful with a lot of options for customization. I’ve tried the strawberry cake, chestnut cream mochi, and chestnut cheesecake. The cream mochi was unreal. The texture was silky and chewy, the cream was very fresh and airy. All three desserts were not too sweet (if you know, you know) and genuinely delicious. The interior is clean and cute. There is limited seating which is the only (and minor) downside. Way too much cream in desserts like cream mochi and cakes, with very little substance, e.g the actual cake part. In general too sweet for my taste. Over priced and you have to buy a set of four for items like mochi. No one can eat four in a day unless you are sharing it, especially considering how much cream they put. Would be nice if you can buy one or two so you don't have to eat leftover not so fresh dessert...

Cutest cafe! Reminds me of the ones in NYC fr. Smaller Chinese style bakery with specialized cakes and selection of pastries. Delicious hand crafted drinks. The milk they use is lactose free! I love everything about this place but I hope they expand to an even bigger location that has more seating. Staff is also super friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend...
