Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Town of Amherst

Changing my review because recent service has plummeted. Oftentimes when you walk in now, even if there is no line you will have multiple workers tell you someone will be with you in a minute even though it sometimes takes five for someone to start taking my order. It just seems odd that I see at least five different workers at all times, but instead of helping the customer they would rather walk around and talk with their coworkers instead.

I have also noticed that they do not put a lot of protein on their burritos. And I find that I am often asking for double as opposed to other places. One time I asked for a side of guac with my chips and it was not in my bag when I checked out so I asked the cashier if I could please have the side of guac that I ordered. The cashier It said yes of course and gave me a tortilla wrapped in tin foil. I looked at it funny and said side of guac please, he verbally said ugh violently through the tortilla in the garbage and got my Guac. Overall it's just easier to order over the app with their drive-thru. You won't have to deal with the sassy workers and the unnecessary wait times.

Some of the staff are still pretty new and the one got flustered because I was watching him make my burrito? The line was getting a little longer as this point. (I hope he gets over people watching him work) The food tasted good regardless.

I like that they have a drive thru pickup for online ordering! Their parking lot isn't the best honestly, it is small and it can be hard to see if there are any spots open and if not you need to reverse out or just completely leave the parking lot and circle around somewhere else on the Blvd. At that point you may just want to get food somewhere else as that intersection is always...

Honestly chipotle is chipotle but this is probably the worst location i have been to. I ordered online and picked to pick up at the drive thru because i was on my way to work and didn’t want to get out of my car (no not because im lazy but for the convenience). if you have a drive thru it should be used….i get there 3 mins after my food is ready and im already running a little behind for work. i sit in the drive tru for at least 3 mins….i heard a noise go off so i know they all heard it. I was going to be late to work so i parked and walked in. all of the workers were standing around and my order was not found on the pick up section. so i went up to a worker and told them that i was in the drive tru and no one came up so i came inside. i told her my name and she grabbed it right off the shelf by the window. if you have a drive tru window, your customers should be able to use it. i am normally not a review writer but this pissed me off because i went in there and everyone was standing around talking. i can totally understand if they were busy, i would be as upset. i get to work and open my bowl to find maybe a pinch of lettuce and not even a handful of chicken. seeing the bad reviews clearly i am not the first person to have a...

Its great food but i can go on Monday get my $30 dollars worth and thursday get half a spoon of protein barely any guac or queso. (Almost $7 for a couple tablespoons)

We went July 12th for 2 bowls and i felt like i was back in the Attica Chow line. One spoon of rice, HALF A SPOON OF CHICKEN!

Asked the girl why so little? She blamed management.

It was a rip off july 12 2025 @ 5pm - and likely the last time we will go there. Theres literally several dozen Mexican spots across WNY, and nearly all of them LOAD you up with food..

They charge for cheese charge for Guac, $3.75 for a tablespoon of quac? $3.25 for a tablespoon of queso? Yall dropping truffles in there? Gold Foil? Never been given so little food.

The front area was DISGUSTING There was food and liquids spilled all over the counters and seating areas. Food and trash all over the floors, even the windows had greasy handprints all over them.
