Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Town of Amherst

Loved this place, the food was S tier fresh. All vegetables and fruits here, with ingredients you can see. Hard to find a place like this in western NY as most smoothie places are in warmer areas. Always wanted a real Acia bowl not the ones frozen in the supermarket and it was really good. Ordered a variety of items besides a smoothie. Very good portions especially compared to fast food places these days. The smoothies are 10$ but they are quite large made with real ingredients and won’t make you sick, come in a variety of flavors and didn’t taste like water I can tell it’s not a ice smoothie enjoyed the Bahama Mama smoothie. I also really liked the hummus burrito was prepared nicely. The corn was a lot like elote corn, and you get a side included with some stuff on the menu. And the quesadilla was only 6$ and quite large at least 12 inches. I really liked the sauce that it came with. The bowls are also very heavy and filling. Overall spent 60$ was worth it, I got alot of food and would rather spend it here than on McDonald’s with no vitamins or nutrients. Bowls are also a good price in california a acia bowl like this would be at least 20$ these...

Seizure inducing, flickering lights. Who installs ceiling fans BELOW spot lights ? We left with an incomplete order and had to go BACK IN. Then we realized there were 2 orders of sweet potatos missing. I also gotta say that I was astounded when the girl squirted something into my empty watercup then proceeded to fill it. I said, "what was THAT?" She SAID, "Oh that's something we add to the smoothies I put it in by mistake." I said, "I'm not able to have any of the smoothy products". Then she had to go ask the manager what to do. Yes, it was a train wreck, expensive and irritating in every way. I had a bashing headach all day. Happy to say I did not have a seizure. I went in one time and ordered a 3 cheese chicken quesadilla, they made just a cheese quesadilla. I went back and they were very accommodating, fixed it for free and gave me a free smoothie card. I made the mistake of not checking the box and they remade THE WRONG QUESADILLA. I made it all the way home with the wrong quesadilla, called and they said the best they could do was have me come back in and REMAKE IT AGAIN. Not to mention I waited over 25 minutes for them to remake the second quesadilla. Absolutely do not go to this location and...
