Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Amherst

Honestly this place could've been better if they trained all their staff better. My kids and i were visiting the campus for the first time and wanted to get a quick drink and found this starbucks nearby just for it to be the worst disappointment ever!!! The staff seemed not wanting to help us out only staring at us but not acknowledging us! When we finally got acknowledged and finally got to order this guy who helped me out who had a big chubby build and had an unkept beard kept rolling his eyes at me and made me feel rushed always saying anything else, anything else? In a annoyed tone when i was ordering, how rude! I understand starbucks is a always running busy place but they should know better on how to treat a customer! When we were waiting for our drinks the same guy seemed angry and was slamming all the fridges and all the drinks muttering something under his breath. It took 15-25 minutes to finally get our drinks my daughter got a pink drink, my son got an iced chai latte and i got an iced shaken brown sugar oat espresso and i swear by god when i was drinking i pulled out a brownish gold beard hair in my mouth!🤢🤢🤢 i was mortified and disgusted with the service and my drinks there! I made my kids and myself throw away the drinks before they get cross contaminated with the unhealthy unclean environment they have there! Im never coming back and whoever was the guy who made our drinks and took our order...

Hard to enjoy my afternoon coffee when the manager/supervisor Heather is loudly yelling and cursing at some poor barista in the back like the entire store can't hear her. Very unprofessional language and behavior. Very uncomfortable situation, many other customers were concerned.

Horrible management and treatment for overworked baristas. Everytime I'm at this location the person in charge is looking at a phone while the understaffed baristas are rushing to keep up. I've seen as few as 2 people working during rush hours and orders take forever (not blaming the baristas, its impossible for 2 people to handle that many orders).

Overall, it is a horribly managed location compared to the service and management I've experienced at other locations and hope corporate finds better managers soon. Will not use this...

I'm at a hotel in an unfimiliar area. Found this Starbucks on Google and called to see if they had food left. I spoke to an amazing student who deserves a huge Thankyou which I gave her along with my Blessings. She helped me so much with kindness, patience and understanding! The Lord showed me once again how many people are in this world who DO CARE ABOUT OTHERS REGARDLESS OF WHERE THEY COME FROM... TAKE A LESSON FROM THIS KIND SOUL. I won't mention her name without consent, but definitely stop in and show these hard working people the same consideration... Have faith in people... too much of thinking only of yourself...
