The person who took my order this evening was OBVIOUSLY high on drugs (red glazed eyes, slow response/reaction time, slurred speech, inability to comprehend or process simple language/requests) and had almost NO idea whatsoever of what they were doing. I would have felt bad for them if not for the fact that it took them almost ten minutes to put together an order that should have taken 2-3 minutes at best. They kept telling me they couldn't add or change items to my order or telling me they weren't sure if they were allowed to add or mix flavors or telling me that the whipped cream topping didn't come with the supremes I ordered..... IT WAS 2 SIMPLE MIXED FLAVOR ICED CAPP SUPREMES AND A DONUT!!!!!!! COME ON PEOPLE!!!!! I HAD TO DIRECT THEM THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS AND GOT ARGUED WITH THE ENTIRE TIME!!! I had to explain to this person, step by step, on how to make my order. I've never worked at one in my life and STILL had more knowledge on how to run the place than they did. Coupled with the fact that my food orders from this morning had missing items, I'm claiming hands down, this is the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. For the outrageous prices you people charge for simple items, you should really have your act together better than this. It is entirely unprofessional. SHAME on this place!!! I've complained many many times about the quality of their through the Tim Hortons website and I never once got a response. It's very clear that the owners of that facility just don't care me. They responded to me and said get in touch with them through the through the website but they don't respond to complaints I'm surprised at Tim Hortons corporate hasn't got involved with that place because it's just that bad I suggest whoever they owner that facility is start to wake up cuz it just giving the Tim Hortons a bad name the owners of Tim Hortons said contact him through the corporate website but they don't do anything...
Read moreThis place was very sanitary and is covid friendly, you go in 1 door n out another, u can't go in without a mask they'll turn you away, they wear gloves on any transactions, and change them after every one, n have hand sanitizer n are very nice. I recently had 2 back surgeries n was excited to be able to walk into a Tim Horton's for the 1 time since, I got an ice cappuccino, got in front of my car n fell n it went everywhere, my mother in law helped me up n got a little cleaned up and the cashier gave me another 1 for free, of course I'm in the hospital now because of falling, but I'd recommend this place to anybody, they're sweet...
